Girls! It's not the first year I've been watching the Master Chef on the Yu channel: girl_cleanglasses: I get it, pride and pleasure: girl_love: from how our Kesha, in the most difficult conditions, copes with all tasks!
The next cycle has just ended .. well, just a sea of positive!

zvezda, which is Ukrainian? The second season seems to be showing, and there are already 7 of them, since September 8th. And there is also a child.

Yes, it works, a couple of seasons, even induction, and the last couple of seasons - Sense with a small bowl is being promoted.

Well yes! When it was still a season with Mirko Dzago, Kesha also worked there. And at the pastry shop with Guzeeva and Renat, he is also everything

LudMila, Lyudmila, thanks for the experience. I'm also thinking about how to approach caviar in the induction cache. And here is your advice. Now it's not so scary to start.

Oh, just now I noticed that the video with the work on the car instead of this topic was referred to the topic-attachments. And I know that not everyone reads that topic for some reason. So I'll give you a link. The first video is very informative - there are already 4 detailed recipes in one.

Kenwood kitchen machine: working with attachments # 5196
Miranda
Saw yesterday in kenwood social. recipe networks, and does not get out of my head. At first I thought that someone on the left wrote it, but there is a photo. And now I think - maybe that's what I don't understand. But I really don't understand how, and most importantly - why - to grind the yolk with a sieve? He won't grind nifiga with sugar. What about softened butter? Yes, it will simply smear and 10% will be lost in the holes. And what do you think?

Poppy roll recipe. The text is like this (beginning):
Prepare a dough for yeast dough: 2 tbsp. l. mix sugar, 100 g flour, yeast and warm milk and let stand for 15–20 minutes, until the dough rises with a head. Place the sifting and wiping attachment in the bowl of the KENWOOD kitchen machine and grind the yolks with the remaining sugar, add softened butter. Mix everything thoroughly with salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar. Add dough and stir again

Kenwood kitchen machines
Marysya27
Mirandareally, to put it mildly, amazing recommendations Have shown the maximum diligence in demonstrating the capabilities of the nozzle, not otherwise
Miranda
Marysya27, well, yes, since the name contains "wiping", then let's wipe everything thoughtlessly. Even in the photo you can see that the yolk has become unstable, having lost a third of itself. And sugar is not something that does not break with such a yolk, it also clogs the holes of the disc. I wonder if ours are so distinguished, or translated nonsense?

How can you recommend this to users? I get upset all the time when I go to a French, Czech or Italian club for inspiration and a new recipe. And in our country they don't even want to publish a book, let alone a club. When asked about a book, they copy and paste the same answer:

Since the fall of 2017, KENWOOD has switched to electronic recipe books.
We are glad to inform you that our new project is ready and launched - an electronic recipe book online!
This book contains many interesting step-by-step recipes specially designed for your KENWOOD kitchen machine.
And most importantly, unlike the printed version of the publication, new recipes will be constantly added!
It is now very easy to join KENWOOD Club:
register on the site 🔗,
learn new recipes,
cook your culinary masterpieces,
add your own recipes,
share them on social networks.
Welcome to KENWOOD Club!

I looked there for the first time in February, since then everything is the same - nothing is added, there are such misunderstandings 🔗... Squalor, not a club

Yes, and the recipes raise a lot of questions, because either they offer to grind the yolk through a sieve Or for some reason to stain the bowl and the nozzle with what is done in a couple of seconds just with a fork, and even again with a picture:
Install the K-shaped mixing attachment and prepare the dressing in the bowl of the kitchen machine. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and vegetable oil with mustard into a homogeneous mass. Season with the vinaigrette.
K-shaped nozzle!
Kenwood kitchen machines

Such an awesome car (I adore it and I’m not overjoyed), with such capabilities and such idiocy in support. It's just that sometimes annoyance will roll over for this, that's all, it's a shame for the car.

I envy the French with their club, where there are already more than 11.5 thousand recipes from users, communication, support, a point system for this (then they change for all sorts of goodies - gifts or attachments), etc.

- Recipes (filter by date to see the latest, translate in google translate) - 🔗*
- Video (you can choose a video of recipes, you can choose a video of how to use the machine), it's clear without words - 🔗

Miranda, this is felt in the created alternative version of the car's accompaniment in the themes on the HP: soundly, meaningfully, with soul and focus on the best examples.
In my opinion, T. Mann: "The capital is where you are." For many, the club is here. And he's cool Thank you
Miranda
Marysya27,
it is clear that there is a lot of information here, and everyone shares their life hacks, answers questions, and helps.

I am upset by the position (and it is not only in the Russian branch of Kenwood, but in many areas) - if there will be many users, then maybe we will do it beautifully. Because it works the other way around - when it's beautiful, then there are more users. And they put the tag - kitschenade - so that those who are looking for kitschen, whose support and lighting are orders of magnitude better, and kitschen is 100 times better able to create a dream "I want kitschen", saw Kenwood and changed his mind about buying kitschen. Instead of developing your own tag, the car is awesome.

Well, okay, it is very rarely upsetting. I was very upset when I just bought it, and bragged at my Facebook page, etc., but in the comments from friends instead of "wow, cool, my dream" got "but what is it? I never heard, but kitschen is beautiful" or "nifiga its worth, why so much, is it better than kitschen." I just saw the yolk through a sieve and caught idiocy.

Uf. 294 pages read, a mess in my head.
Girls, help out. I decided to buy an assistant.
I want to bake bread myself. I want a meat grinder. I want a rolling dough.
I don't want induction, because I rarely make sauces and I already have a good induction hob. And it turns out expensive. Now Chef Titanium with 4 attachments as a gift is 55 or 60 thousand, depending on the bowl. And the induction minimum is 62. No, I don't need it.
I argue this out loud now ...
These are the questions I have. Which Chef Titanium should i take? For example, baking a standard loaf - how much flour / dough by weight? And the standard marshmallow recipe from 125 g of mashed potatoes from the 4.7 bowl will not come out? I want a rub / sieve for the marshmallow. Now in MVideo, you can snatch KAB992, but it seems to be undesirable on a large bowl, but you need KAB 930 ... Which is not clear where to get it.
I also have a Brown blender with attachments - an immersion, a whisk and 2 bowls, for a large one there is a set of shredding discs. Therefore, the nozzle for slicing / shredding seems to be unnecessary.
Then what else to take as a gift? Meat grinder, dough sheeter are required (my fans of dumplings
and manti). I do not need a blender, because there is a submerged one with a leg and a whisk. A cube cutter is also not needed, we eat more greens. Chopper? Something he has leaked here recently. And it grinds nuts badly. I would like a mill for nuts, powdered sugar, garlic and herbs. Or good?
Take an ice cream maker for a bowl? My ice cream is loved.
Can you wash the bowl in the dishwasher?
I initially looked at the KVC7300, but I read that XL kneads the dough better. But the problem is to get it.
Talk to me as well. While I'm going to finish reading the topic about attachments, there are still 140 pages left O_o
YaizAnapy
My friends, I have a Kenwood Chef KVC3100S, there is a bolt on the back of the case, which at first was probably in a recess, and recently I noticed that the hat and part of it stick out itself. Can someone tell me whether to score it neatly back or into the service with this?
Olga VB
Score.
Only better with something wooden or over a rag.
And first, check in what position of the "head" it goes easier. I was in a non-fixed position, and someone else, I remember, was in the upper fixed position.
Good luck!

Kotyawka, the points.
- Bread - commendable, you clearly got to the right place.
- Induction hob and induction KM - 2 big differences. And by the way, I also didn't cook sauces before, until I got to this site. So don't give up.
In addition, sauces are not the only ones who can cook induction.
- I won't say anything about the Titanium, because I don't have it, but the owners are happy.
- About the size of the bowl.
In the subject there are owners of 4.6 l bowls, who claim that it is enough for them. But! None of them had the opportunity to compare.
But everyone who has 6.7L bowls does not regret taking a large one.
- Rubbing is a useful nozzle. Unfortunately, it is no longer produced, so you need to grab the one that is, especially since the smaller one is quite suitable for the larger bowl.
- Submersible and stationary blender. I have both, I need both (me!), But submersible much more often. Here everyone chooses for himself.
- I have a mini-chopper - one of the most popular attachments, and I know that here many people agree with me.
- KM Kenwood's ice cream maker is not the best one. It is better to purchase a separate freezer.
A spare bowl can be purchased separately if needed.
- Bowls can be washed in the PM. Restrictions for PM only for some silumin and aluminum parts / nozzles.

Summary.
If the budget allows - take induction and then gradually, deliberately, without haste, purchase nozzles.
Good luck!
Gayane Atabekova
This bolt is constantly coming out of me. The first time I took it to the service under warranty. We looked at each other and left for three days. Now I'll bale it with a hammer and climb back in. I thought it was just my problem.
Marinuly
KotyawkaOlya has already described to you in detail about the nozzles, I will add a little from myself ...
The 6.7 bowl is definitely better. For example, if you make a fruit soufflé or beat the whites.
Induction is a thing! Make soufflé, custard dough or cream, meringues. It is advisable to stir the vegetable caviar constantly, with induction without problems.
The mini chopper is a great attachment. I make powdered sugar in it, of course it doesn’t turn out quite like a store, but without any additives. Lots of sauce is great.
I didn't buy a cube cutter right away, but it turned out that the necessary attachment for vegetable stews was simply not replaceable.
Something like this, good luck!

It turns out very expensive. If we take the minimum configuration, this is 63 thousand + 25 thousand about nozzles. This is the first moment. And the second - the more electronics, the more likely something to break. Most likely, I will not use and choose programs. I need more second hands in the kitchen. Such thoughts out loud.

I decided to take Chef Titanium XL. To order the rubbing on MVideo for him, I hope it will fit.
By attachments: meat grinder, dough rolling and chopper. We need 4 more nozzles. Ice cream maker, you say, not very good. Take a second cup of chtoli? She's fucking huge ...

Girls who have a bowl of 4.7, write, please! How much bread and marshmallows do you make in it ?! Was there anything missing? Or is everything okay ?!

25 thousand about nozzles
You can see the attachments at Avito and MediaMarkt (now a total sale), there is still something left there and the prices are very nice.

On our forum, in the "Notice Board" section, girls sell nozzles at a good price.
night_furia
Kotyawka, I have a bowl of 4.7. I don’t make marshmallows, I only knead rye-wheat bread dough, because HP cannot cope with it, and I don’t want to stand above her soul and actively use a spatula, but according to my recipe, only 400 grams of rye flour and 100 grams of wheat flour are taken. I make a dough for sausages in dough and pizza, but I don't weigh flour there, I adapted the recipe for a measuring glass from HP and just measure 4 glasses of 400 ml each, so I don't know how much dough there is in a gr. I don't beat eggs in 10 pieces either - there is no need. So the bowl copes with my volumes. I miss it only when I make liver sausages, where I get minced meat 2 bowls (of course, not to the eyeballs, because Kesha has to mix this minced meat). And in vain you immediately sweep aside induction: the kitchen machine frees up a lot of time during cooking and it becomes possible to do what it has not done before. For example, I began to prepare soups-mashed potatoes, mayonnaise, berry soufflé, condensed milk, squash caviar, jams, etc. And when I stand at the stove for half an hour stirring something there continuously, I understand that someday induction Keshu I'll take the second assistant and the boundaries for the manufacture of culinary masterpieces will expand even more) And the nozzles can really be taken for promotions or you can get cheaper ones on our forum.
P.S. Well, look at how you will wash the bowl: in the PMM, there is probably no difference, but if by hand, then a lot depends on the size of the sink. Sometimes I have to rinse quickly under the tap, so this procedure, even with a volume of 4.7, resembles bathing an elephant in a basin. Everything around is wet.

This is why additional bowls are needed. After cooking, they calmly load into the PM and that's it
LisaNeAlisa
Kotyawka, if you are making blanks, then take a high-speed slicer, if not, a combine. I have them in use. And in terms of power, they cannot be compared with blender ones.
night_furia
Marinochka, not always. I have 3 bowls but sometimes not enough.
A high-speed grater, by the way, is not only good for workpieces, but also when it is necessary to grind all the products separately. The combine will have to be emptied after each product, and substitute different plates for the high-speed one and that's it. Kesha made me lazy to the point of impossibility: today I rubbed not only cheese into pizza on it, but also olives with tomatoes.

I don't know if the KM 090 series is left somewhere ...
If there is, then there is no electronics in such a quantity, there are no programs, and the price should really be less.
Plus, even with an abundance of electronics, the 5-year warranty gives you total peace of mind.
Kotyawka, There are already thousands of pages written on the topic of choice. Almost all the owners went through this agony.
Personally, I made an unambiguous conclusion for myself: we need to take the bare KM as much as possible for finance, and then calmly, thoughtfully and gradually buy or order on NG, March 8, DR for myself and all family members the add-ons / attachments necessary for it.
For example, when I thought about purchasing KM Kenwood, I was sure that the 010 series would be enough for me, and I was even annoyed with my husband, who insisted on buying the 080. I knew better what I needed in my kitchen
And, oh, how I was wrong, and how he was right to insist on his own.
And although I do not use induction often, I am very glad that I chose this particular model.
And I'm sure that 99.9% of CM Kenwood users will agree with me.

So, if the programmable ones do not yet fit your budget, try searching, for example, on Avito, 090 series.
Good luck!

Kotyawka, there are lifes on price reduction.
- you can arrange an installment plan and pay for it immediately, that is, repay it early in the first couple of days, the discount is 10%.
- you can talk to the manager (here you’ll run into someone) and say that you will issue an installment plan in order to pay off it immediately and get a discount, if they will immediately make a 10% discount.

If there is a media market in your city, then look there nozzles - they close and there is a sale. Many have now bribed the wishlist for this. Nozzles are the case, some promotions periodically happen on them, a lot can be bought at a flea market and not necessarily used. at. Here everyone went through the fact that at first you want almost all the attachments, but in the end not all are needed, and what is not needed is sold (this is how they appear at the flea market).

And I, too, traditionally support induction. I thought that I would do a maximum of 2-3 processes at the temperature, but now I’ll get confused if I list everything I do at the temperature.

Write down at least what you do every week. I'm curious. The overpayment is serious, it seems to me that I will not use all these bells and whistles at all.
I don't have a question of money, in general. More a matter of space and convenience. For example, I'm not ready to chase around the city for nozzles, it's easier for me to order everything in one place. Intellectually, I understand that collecting is very exciting, but I also understand that it is time and money. I already went through this with drawing)) Sooooo much is bought in all, you chase, you win, you order, and then, most often, it is idle or sold (most often cheaper and significantly). It's like in a computer game - you go and collect - why? - let it be, it will come in handy later - oops, the bag is full and there is nowhere to put something very necessary - soooo, we get cluttered)))
But "having everything" really warms the soul - yes. We're girls. Shopping is in the blood, the desire to make supplies - too.
My kitchen is small, 12 meters.I’m just thinking - I still need 2 bowls at least. If 6.7, then the second must be stored somewhere. Although the 4-liter is also rather big.

In general, in a new kitchen in a new apartment, I will make myself a "pantry" - behind the doors a countertop, on the wall sockets, on the KM countertop, a double boiler and a blender, under the countertop drawers for attachments and shelves for heavy products (flour, canned food), above the countertop shelves for something lighter, hooks for tools, and from the inside on the doors - shelves for spices. She closed the doors - order in the kitchen.

if the attachments are a gift, then an ice cream maker is better than just a bowl. At worst, the freezer bowl can be thrown out if you don't like it, and the plastic one can be left. Instead of 3 bowls, I myself took a second ice cream maker for the promotion: an extra / bowl and a spare part for the ice cream maker.

Tanya, nuts, if there are not enough of them, then it is quite tolerable. If there is a lot, and you need a middle fraction, then it will be uneven. If it's small, that's fine.
I never tried chocolate because it seems to me that it will not work, that everything will simply be smeared.
Greens and garlic for salads, soups, I also use a knife, but for dressings, sauces - great and greens, and the garlic is broken.
Regularly: coffee, various seeds (for example, flax, fenugreek, etc.), dressings for salads and soups, seasonings (if they are large, but small should be), sauces, mayonnaise.
I also remember that when I needed a dietary meal for my husband after the operation, this multi-shredder was absolutely irreplaceable.
That's why I bought one more set so that I had one for salty compositions, and the second for sweet ones.

Girls, they brought Kesha to me.
She baked rye bread. I didn’t like that the hook got stuck, the dough was like plasticine, but it turned out fine. True, I took the ready-made mixture in the store. Now I'll sit down to read the forum about bread, I feel there will be many discoveries))
I turned the beef into minced meat, assembled a meat grinder - first the body on the machine, then the shaft, knife and grate. I twirled it with a key. Meat grinder like a beast. The imperfect beef was chopped on a medium wire rack in 1.5 kg seconds.
With a mini chopper I ground the onion into minced meat. 4 parts onion, 3 garlic and half a cup of milk. Beat everything in mashed potatoes.
The minced meat was mixed with K-shkoy. A great. Fried the meatballs, added ready-made tomato sauce with basil.
I kneaded the dough into pasta. Prescription from Kenwood website. Water and flour. I put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Unrolled, cut the pasta, hung it to dry on plastic "hangers" over the sink. Cooked.
I didn't like the lavsha. The recipe is so-so, next time I'll try with an egg. It turned out to be rather loose, like overcooked.
Mine ate everything. We drank a vino for a new kitchen resident
Thank you all for your advice, health and money))
