In the course of processing, an idea came up, why not cook a sauce like "Tkemali", only from thick apple juice. And since the auger juicer was already on the table, juice from carrots and peppers was squeezed out through it.
  • Let's get it in order ...
  • Squeeze out the apple juice, bring to a boil. Squeeze the juice from the carrots and send them to the pan.

  • We take pods of hot pepper (for me it is not quite hot, moderate, but hot). I took this much

  • We cut off only the tails, do not touch the seeds. And we pass it through the auger juicer. Pour the juice into apples and carrots.

  • Now we take the spices. Lots of spices. I have dry adjika, everything is already there. Pour into a saucepan and stir.
