so quickly you can pull out.
Oh, I've read about stones here and somehow the desire to take such a stove has disappeared, although there were plans. I had a stone with it in the set with it, not any problems, since it is covered with something on one side, smooth, there have never been any problems with it, for 10 years it looks like new
Anna67
I also had no problems while making pies. For which I took the stove, we do not respect pizzas too much. And then the stars came together - cheese, its own sausage, even tomatoes and peppers. Also Oblomov's review of pizza delivery turned up
Mirabel
Girls boys! Tell me urgently! in Ferarru our how much dough and gr goes to not quite thin pizza?
I don't always guess from the number of dough, but here I made more of it and will make several pizzas.
Ne_lipa
Vika, I take 220-225 g of dough in a ferrari for thin pizza, but I always roll it out thinly, the diameter is slightly larger than the diameter of the blades (the dough shrinks a little during transfer), for a thicker one, you probably need about 245-250 g, it is no longer worth it, it will be transferred hard, and it can swell up to ten.
Mirabel
Ne_lipa, OK! Thank you very much! I will also weigh it now
I never learned how to shape and transfer on the shoulder blades. I prepare everything on baking paper and transfer it to the oven with spatulas

I usually make a pound of flour dough. It turns out 4 very thin pizzas or three thicker.

With paper or what?
I had bought a plastic board on purpose, but I shook something worse off it than from an ordinary heavy wooden one. I don’t know whether it’s because she’s flexible and hasn’t adapted to her, or it’s not enough flour. Or maybe the flour had time to stick to the dough while laying out the filling?

I do not know where to look in the forum, help! I found an inexpensive pizza maker Kitfort 1614 for sale. It is not on the Kitfort's website, although one video review was found there. Apparently they don't release more. Who has one - is it worth buying? Maybe there are some drawbacks, but I liked it on the photo!
Masha Ivanova
New, Dina! Of course, one should ask a person who actually has this particular device. But I just looked briefly at its description-review at 🔗 bt.com and noticed that the internal height of the stove is only 3 cm (2.5 bottom and 0.5 cm lid). And the Princess, GF-ki and the like have a height of 4 cm. Sometimes this extra centimeter is very lacking. This is so far, the first thing I noticed.
I do not know for what price you are offered it, but in stores, like 2500? (if I'm not mistaken)

Dina New, Irina has such a device Irishk @, from here and further read, she is happy with it, you can ask Irina in more detail in that topic or in a personal note. And here is a topic for stoves with a stone.

Whoever needs pizza uses a wire rack for it.
A t 300C is not for pies, but the spread in t allows the oven to be used for them as well.
I am not campaigning, there was just a question about a similar oven, I answered.

I know I have a Ferrari.
And how long have we got these stones, before (and even now) they baked pizza in the oven and were happy. And then not everyone has the opportunity to buy stoves with stones.
I consider it unnecessary to further debate on this topic, there is so much written about it here.
FLOX
good day! Tell me, is pizza baked in Napoletana with the lid ajar? I just can't decide which is better - with one or two stones?

is the pizza baked with the lid ajar?
What is it like? Any oven closes after pizza is laid, otherwise there is no point in the t that these ovens give out.
FLOX
well, it was not clear to me why there are some spacers between the lids in the napoletana photo? ((
Masha Ivanova
FLOX, when I had a similar question, that is, to buy with one stone or two, I contacted all the owners of a stove with 2 stones I know on the site. As a result, on their advice, I bought it with one. The second stone is used for baking very specific products. And it is smaller in size, so it cannot serve as a spare for the first stone. And such a stove is usually more expensive. So don't bother. This is just my opinion. Maybe someone will object.
FLOX
and what concerns specific products? buns and croissants in the pictures

Yes, you won't bake rolls or croissants with two stones
even pizza with a good rise can touch the second stone
in general, a pizza oven, for example, a ferrari is purely for pizza
If you want to have a universal device and pizza is so in between, it is better to take a closer look at the princess

This pizza maker was on sale until 2007. Is it on sale again? Her temperature is constant, only the time is set. It bakes well, I'm happy.

win-tat, Tanya! Nobody in the topic shared the results of baking, there were only small mentions. I was looking for these owners for a very long time and wrote to them in a personal. Therefore, one of the owners told me that it is unlikely that I will bake in a Ferrari with 2 stones exactly what they are intended for. And so there is no point in overpaying for it.

Hello everyone. Has the question of the number of blades in Princess been resolved? One shoulder blade is not serious at all.
Masha Ivanova
avt924610, Maxim! In my opinion, he did not dare. I already wrote to someone here in the topic that I would ask this question specifically to Stebovich (S-t), who is a representative of the Comfort-maximum store, which first brought this device to Russia.
avt924610
I read this, but the last time he was here in December 2017.
By the way, thanks to everyone for the interesting topic on pizza ovens, I read it all in three days, now I see these paddles everywhere :-)
I read because of Ferrari, and when I came to the end of the topic, I was very happy about the appearance of a new stove from Princess. As I understand it, the difference in the stones they have is not so substantial as to overpay for a Ferrari, and the presence of a U-shaped heating element in the Princess is only a plus for her.
Masha Ivanova
The stones, frankly, are completely different. I don't know how functional it is in the Princess. Somewhere they wrote that they stick to him, or something. I will not lie. I didn’t like it right away and I returned the stove I received from Ozone, as I compared it with a stone from the existing Ferrari. Maybe in vain of course. But many users are happy. In any case, the question with the spatula must be clarified, and for the money that they are here, you can buy the Princess. At least see how much you need pizza from such an oven.
And Shtebovich can write in a personal message.
avt924610
The oven is necessary, that's a fact It is not for nothing that I read the whole topic, especially the whole topic in my memory. Sticking was resolved by sprinkling cornmeal while assembling the pizza. They wrote about the stone that the texture is different from Ferrari. Those who baked in Princess are mostly satisfied.

If I bake two pizzas in a row, then after the first pizza the flour remains on the stone and it burns when baking the second pizza. How to avoid it
avt924610
I suppose a lot of flour. Corn is poured a little under the workpiece for better detachment from the shoulder blades.

Svetlana, brush it off with a brush. My Ferrari after the first pizza costs 2 minutes with the lid open (according to the instructions), during which time you can clean it.
I have practically no flour on the stone, I dusting scapula before slipping under the cake. Here are these leftovers after removing the pizza and brush them off.

FLOX, Napoletana has a removable top stone. It is for panini and lavash. Pizza without it is baked in a closed oven. The Italians have a special stove in the form of a panini case. Napoletans made 2 in 1.

I have been following the topic for a long time, I could hardly resist the temptation to buy Princess Viesta with everyone, I resisted for a long time, but ... in general, I have it, I came to say thanks to those who told Ozon that the scapula consists of 2 parts, received a complete set + Teflon form. The tests passed, they cooked Margarita with their daughters Rita, I eat pizza sooo rarely (although I often baked in the DSh on the stone, if not too lazy to heat it up, but more often in Tortilka), and then the two of us diminished it. True, I did not expect that the oven was so bulky, and I can't even imagine where to store it
