I haven't made Calzone yet, but I always bake pizza on the 3rd rack and not less than 7 minutes
Babushka
Svetlana, I bake pizza at 2.5 with a transition to 3 at the end. Calzone too.
Cvetaal
I first heat up the oven for 2.5-10 minutes (I have it in the instructions), and then bake for 3-5-7 minutes, depending on the filling. Calzone didn't bake. Merry Christmas everyone !!!
zairo4ka
I get 4 pizzas from one dough bookmark in HP. I bake the first 2 for 3, until it warms up well, then, on the contrary, I remove it by 2.5. I roll out the dough, transfer it to a stone and collect it in it, it turned out to be more convenient for me than ready to transfer. The stone, of course, does not look very good in a year, I haven’t been soared about this, I know that this is not dirt. Recently, a neighbor's husband advertised it, a neighbor came to see what a miracle it was. When I opened it, I had to see her little face ... it was written to make excuses that it was not me such an asshole
Lisichkalal
zairo4ka, ))))
Yes, I baked 2 times and the whole stone was already done.
Then it's strange why my pizza burned so badly (((maybe thinly rolled out?
Okay, let's experiment further.

Girls, what number are you using to cook open pizza and pizza colzone?
I always bake pizza at "3" 5 minutes
Lisichkalal
hmm, well, after all ... I decided yesterday that it was necessary only for 2.5, and almost all bake for 3 and norms ...
win-tat
My people love "thick" pizza with a fried top (never made a thin one), so I put it on "3", if you roll the dough thinly, then baked goods on "2.5" are probably suitable for you. Here only by "typing" you can pick up ...
Lisichkalal
Tanya, to me on "you"))
yeah, it looks like it's the thickness.
And I rolled it out somehow so that the bottom is thin, and the sides, wrapped sides, are plump.
I need to make it plump next time)
win-tat
Svetlana,
I roll with a solid cake, without sides, I just try not to put the filling close to the edges (so that the juice does not flow out onto the stone and does not burn), due to this, the sides form themselves, since the dough without the filling swells very well.

Merry Christmas!!! Please, tell me if I can bake in a Ferrari the same as in a princess. Mewsh set the condition "either-or", and I fell in love with the princess, so I'm thinking whether to spend money on a Ferrari
Lisichkalal
Ahh, thanks for the advice !!! So I will do it next time. I really have juice every other time
runs away.
Lisichkalal
Irina, these are 2 different cars. The princess is more versatile, you can make pizza there, but it is not as tasty and beautiful and it turns out quickly as in a Ferrari.
And Ferrari is a unit for pizza, first of all. That is, for those who love and often make pizza. It turns out like in a restaurant. Well, in Ferrari, lavash will probably turn out well.
But potatoes, chicken, etc. is a princess.

auntyirisha
Lisichkalal, Svetlana, thanks for the answer . I meant baked goods: focacci, flatbreads, baguettes, pizza, of course, and all that baked goods. And I wonder how appropriate a Ferrari with two stones is? Or you want to connect female tricks both
Lisichkalal
Only yesterday, having burned pizza, I thought, God, but if there were 2 stones, then in general I would get some coals))))
2 stones are probably just good for baking.
Only no one has yet with 2 stones. Buy and tell us)))
And besides pizza, I have not tried anything yet, but, as it seems to me, it should work out.
auntyirisha
I'm wondering why on YouTube many of the top ten are covered with foil, maybe he bakes not so vigorously and not in a circle, but more evenly? With two more expensive, and whether it makes sense is unknown, the second stone significantly limits the height of the baking.

When it comes to baking, then Ferrarri is perfect for this. In the book with recipes there is so much ... Rotolino, Schiacciata, Calzone, La Pita, Focaccia, Bruschetta, Biscotti, Polenta. Ingredients, minutes and baking modes are indicated.

And these are pictures from the box

Pizza oven Pizza oven

But the Princess, nevertheless, is a more versatile device, in addition to cakes and pizza, which, by the way, many people here are happy with, in it both meat and potatoes can be fried, and an additional form is not needed for this in principle, which cannot be said about Ferrari, everything is there -So stone. If you are not a fan real pizza, then the Princess, I think, will be preferable ...
auntyirisha
win-tat, Tatyana, Thank you
zairo4ka
It also seems to me that these are two not equivalent devices. You can't get a pizza like in a Ferrari in a princess, but she, a princess, is more versatile. Determine what you are taking. I do not have a princess, there is nothing to compare with, but in Ferrari it is great - pizza, flat cakes, such as tandoor, lavash, khachapuri, open and closed. Of course, you won't fry potatoes and cutlets in it.
mur_myau
Something interesting to me, can you make khachapuri boats in this stove?
TatianaSa
Elena, I think they will not work. There is not enough room to climb.
TatianaSa
Tatyana, Tanyusha, in the pictures they have something that is not just drawn, but based on practical experience, it is good to bake only flat pastries in it. If I bake pizza and overdo it a little, then it will definitely rise to the ten and burn. And then the question arises: how do they manage to bake loaves and round bread? Where should he go? In Delicia, the ten is W-shaped and the top will surely be roasted, and in Bestron, the ten is round - the sides will burn, and the top may not be browned at all.
win-tat
Tanyush, if you are talking about Delicia, then there is a great depth, up to a heating element 6 cm, and the khachapur will fit in, and the buns have room to climb. I always make pizza thick, but of course not 6 cm, and I have never rested on teng and did not burn out. For buns and loaves, I think, you can set the heating to "1" or "2", it should not burn out .. Oh, it's a pity for the experiments there is a sorely lack of time, it would be interesting to bake gulps ..
TatianaSa
Tatyana, they have fluffy buns in the pictures, sho deceiving me? 6 cm is not enough because All these seditious thoughts are due to the search for a universal device. And, of course, it's not a problem to regulate the temperature;

Lena, I did it last weekend. Delicious. She laid the foil.

Here I am in September in Delicia, I made an apple open pie

Good day to all, hostesses and just lovely women!
Not so long ago I bought a Bestron DLD9070 pizza oven, and now the joy of the purchase has already passed and disappointment came - I tried to bake pizza in it many times and every time it turns out dry, the top practically does not rise. I experimented with different flours, recipes, etc., almost always it turns out a dry and unsightly product, I just give up! I even tried to identify different modes in the pizza oven - both tena, then first heating from below, and then from above, the result is not very comforting. Hostesses, owners of Bestron, help me with advice on how, if possible, to achieve or approach perfection in baking this miracle (pizza), I love her very much !!!
TatianaSa
Vyacheslav, I have such a stove. It may burn up and down in it, but I have never had it dry. I don’t bake for more than 7 minutes, otherwise it will burn. I always use slow dough for pizza from Margarita. And yes, since her ten is round - don't expect a fried middle, it won't be there. I bake at maximum temperature with a fan. Before baking, I also warm up for 10-15 minutes at maximum. I take 215-240 grams of the test and then 240 is already too much. Rises too much and starts to burn.
Mirabel
TatianaSa, Tanya, and without a fan, she bakes badly?
TatianaSa
No, to be honest, I didn't notice the difference. I just used to sometimes turn off the heating, but with the fan it doesn't turn off at all.But I'm in search of the perfect pizza And I wouldn't take the delice anyway because of the non-removable stone. There would be a bestron with the same ten-price, he would not have been. Vic, if you decide to buy a bestron, be sure to look at the ten, they are the same at the Bestron as at the Delicia.
Mirabel
TatianaSa, OOOO !!! Tanyushaaa .... thanks a lot! Especially dull, and which ten is good?
TatianaSa
For a crispy top, w is needed.
Lisichkalal
Tatyan, why a removable stone? wash?
Mirabel
TatianaSa, So we only have this! super then means! Thank you so much!!!
TatianaSa
No, Bestron doesn’t have to wash the mold, and there’s a deep one and you can bake something in it.
TatianaSa
Vika, and then why do we all have round heating elements? !!!
Lisichkalal
Ahh, super!

Lisichkalal

She quickly cut the products, put them in containers.
turned on the stove to warm up.
unrolled the dough, put it on the planks, put the filling in the oven.
6 minutes and the pizza is ready.
during this time prepared another.
5 minutes - the second is ready.
grandfather came and took them with grandmother dinner))) everything is still hot, beautiful and fragrant!
now my husband will come home from work and I will make 3 more pizzas.
all the blanks are waiting on the table) so it will take me 20 minutes to prepare them.

Lisichkalal
By the way, Ferrari has a round ten! everything blushes perfectly.

Hello, too, I really want to buy it and join the happy owners, because I really love pizza 😃 🔗 It is cheaper here, but delivery is more expensive than the stove itself.

And I also have such a stove. But for the pizza to be dry, it never happened. And the top does not rise? The top already rises when the dough comes up, if, of course, yeast is present in it. Maybe put it in a cold oven or something with dough or something. Refine your technology.
SmiLena
And even today I wrote to Ozone asking if they would sell such stoves, they answered that their specialists would consider this issue.

A few days ago a German living in Russia joined the forum (he has an online store), perhaps there will be movement in this regard.
Here is his website 🔗

Yes, I saw Hofmann, but he has not yet opened his thread on the forum, how will I open it so I will ask, otherwise it is inconvenient to ask T.A.
