TatianaSa
We must first talk to the TA, otherwise she is not yet aware that I suggested taking the stone here, even if you have to overpay, it’s worth it. My cracked stone in the ferrari after several times of use has become a nightmare-terrible look. Black-brown-gray, all spotted. I disassembled it, removed the metal braid and handles from it and attached it to this stone, although I had to reduce it a little around the perimeter so that the braid and handles were screwed to it, but now it is easily pulled out of the stove by the handles. I'm Kulibin, yeah!
TatianaSa
Well nimaga I insert foty ... nimaga!

Is it like this?
Svetlana_Ni
Tan, I'm afraid to ask. Is it a grinder?
TatianaSa
Almost guessed. I don't know what this thing is called, but my husband sharpens knives on it and she sharpens all sorts of different things. She has such a wide movable belt.
Natalishka
Tatyana, answer 709 from Elena Tim. How to insert a photo. She taught me too.

And after that

To cut a hardened stone - to a magician, and to put pictures - to nimaga Well, this is not Kulibin's way. Me and everyone else also need to look at your top fried, I never got it fried. Well, how did you do that? I see in the instructions it is written in 10 minutes the oven is ready for work, and I waited until the light went out. Then it is baked with the lamp off. How was it with you?
TatianaSa
I didn’t cut the stone, but grind it down a little bit. Sharpening knives.
Ferrari was a stoker for me stronger. : girl-yes: IMHO. I will insert a fan and overclock her temperature, she does not have enough temperature. knowingly bought the fan. Provider new!
TatianaSa
Girls, I learned to insert photos! Natalia, Thank you!!! Breakfast, if I still bake pizza (the dough is still in the refrigerator) I will definitely put it out.
Natalishka
Tatyana, Thank Elena. She is such a teacher (y) Everything is clear at once
TatianaSa
Elena Tim thanks !!!!

Girls!!! help !!!

So is it Ferrari Delizia or Napoli Optima?
I had the opportunity to buy it there, "right on the spot", but I don't dare ...
- both "new products" now have a round ten
- but still there is a different pace. heating (Napoli - higher), is Delicia's 390 rate sufficient to get that very crunchy but fluffy base?

Sens
BlueOrange, so here is the review about Napoli Bestrone.

sorry the review was not about napoli. but I don’t think the situation with Napoli is different. I got the impression (based on the totality of reviews) that the most temperature pen is Ferrari.
BlueOrange
strange, because Napoli warmed up to 470 ...

470 is on the box written ....

but in reality 470 is not real at all
Babushka
TatianaSa, Tatyana, I warm the dough a little. I do this: before bothering with the filling, I take out the required amount of dough from the refrigerator, shape a ball / balls and put them in a very thick glass salad bowl heated with boiling water and wiped dry. I close it with a terry cloth soaked in boiling water and squeezed out. After that, I start setting the table, preparing the filling, reheating the pizza maker, etc. Usually, this time is enough for the dough to move away from the refrigerator. And I don't use a rolling pin. I stretch the dough with my hands. Hope my experience helps.
TatianaSa
Sens, BlueOrange, I don't have Napoli. I had Ferrara and now Bestron.Temperatures are higher in Ferrarca. It warmed up so that it stung my eyes when the lid was lifted. And baked faster. In addition, at Ferrarika, even the viewing window darkened from the high temperature. And I bought a fan for Bestron. In my opinion, this stove does not have enough temperature. Although, in my opinion, it is made more soundly than a Ferrari fantasy. I'll try to bake some more today. Before that, I will use Tatiana's advice on warming up the dough. Maybe then the baking time will be shortened. And I'll warm up the stove a little longer. Although the pizza tasted very good. It remains to achieve an evenly fried top. If it doesn’t work, I’ll put on a fan. (I really don't know how)
Rada seems to have Napoli. You have to ask her.
Sivana
Ferrari Delizia owners, share your experience - at what temperature and how long do you warm up the oven before laying out the pizza? I wanted the dough to "explode" after hitting the stone
Does anyone get this effect?
After five minutes, the bottom part was not completely baked, I added 2 minutes, but after a minute I turned it off, I got the impression that the top bakes well in 5 minutes, and the bottom is worse, despite the fact that I laid the pizza right on the stone)
Pizza scissors do an excellent job, very ergonomic)

Pizza oven}
TatianaSa
Pizza ovenI am reporting. It was baked for 7 minutes. At the same time, the bottom was fried well (apparently due to a well-heated stone). The top remained pale. It didn't make sense to keep it longer, the bottom would start to burn. After the refrigerator, I held the dough in the oven at 40 degrees until it began to come up. She stretched her arms out. The rolling pin did not work at all. The dough rolled out very thinly. As you can see at the edges, it "exploded".
Verdict Bestron's temperature is not high enough for pizza. I'll put on a fan.
I also want to add that the Ferrari fantasy, when turned on and baked, did not turn off at all, in the sense of a red light, if the oven was set to maximum, it did not go out at all.
TatianaSa
So what do you think ... the photo was loaded and not inserted
GenyaF
How is it not inserted?
A beautiful bird!
TatianaSa
It happened the fifth time. : crazy: Rules message. : girl_red: Shame on computer criticism!
TatianaSa
Thank you, Zhenya! But this is not exactly what I would like to get out of this stove, my husband will come and insert the fan, otherwise I somehow did not figure out where to insert it.
palmira_od
Good afternoon, girls!
I ask for your help.
I was going to order the Bestron stove from the Tomishop website and for the fourth day I can not figure out the Shopotam website.
I insert a link to the selected stove and the site immediately offers to proceed to payment. They do not ask for an address, they are not interested in what type of delivery I want. I tried to contact them: they do not answer letters, all phones are silent. Service call from the site - only music and on weekdays and weekends.
But you bought it somehow. So they exist ... I live in Odessa. They seem to be sent to Ukraine. Help me please. Tell me step by step how to buy a stove correctly.
Sorry if off topic. I would be grateful for the answers in a personal.
TatianaSa
Hope, find out first for sure if they are sending to Ukraine. I heard from girls that whispers does not work with Ukraine.
Now I looked in the calculation of delivery Ukraine is.
If it doesn't work out with whispers, try ordering a pizza maker through Malva (Lilia) in the joint venture. Girls like SP on Ferrari Delicia collected.
palmira_od
Tatyana, thanks for your answer. Wrote them again.
Never had to buy through intermediaries. So I was confused. And I really want the stove.
By the way, when calculating the price with a calculator on their website, I had $ 70 delivery.
I will try to look for other intermediaries in Ukraine.
palmira_od
I've been queuing at Lily's since August. The supplier there still cannot decide on the price
That's such bad luck
TatianaSa
Yeah ... the trouble is straight
TatianaSa
HopeThe shipping will most likely cost less. Plus, ask them to unpack them before shipping them to you. It will take less space. They pack very carefully.I received a large box, half filled with pimples, then there was another box in it, and only in this box is a box with a pizza maker
Svetlana_Ni
Started today a series of fan baking experiments. Here's what happened today
🔗
🔗 And it was like this: I turned on the oven for heating in a standard way, waited 10 minutes, the light did not go out, put the pizza on a stone and turned on the fan. After 2 minutes, I turned off the bottom (this was a mistake), the temperature regulator was set at 480 degrees (20h 30min) and baked for 5 minutes, the light did not turn off all this time. The bottom was not sufficiently tanned, for another 2 minutes I baked only on the lower heating. The area under the heating element was burnt. the middle is not fried and will never be fried, the ten is round. But the pizza is delicious. I will also try to reheat for a longer time before baking.
TatianaSa
Svetlanathe dough exploded well. Yes, most likely a week of roastiness because of the round heating element. The fantastt teng had a kind and roastiness. Light, where should the fan be installed? I don't think about it. Should you disassemble the top cover and put it between the plates to the black thing with holes?
Svetlana_Ni
Tatyana, I beg you just do not disassemble the cover. Here I am writing and I think, suddenly it's too late, with your rocket speed I already unscrewed two screws on the back of the lid, I wanted to wipe the fogged window, but did not screw it back and the parts fell out. So back to the fan. It attaches TOP on the lid. Do you see the holes under the regulators? Here, don't be surprised. The uppermost and lowermost row of holes fits. First, there are black plastic gaskets so that the fan does not melt from the lid, then the fan itself, on top of the grate and this whole sandwich is screwed with screws in the corners. And I bought the screws separately 3.0x30, those that did not fit me in the kit, there are still not enough pieces that allow you to screw the screws into the holes that are not round. These things are no longer produced, they were used in computers before. Here! Write if Th.

Yes, sadness, W would be better. So you want to fry the middle. Until you start using it, you will not understand what you need.
TatianaSa
I read that the V-shaped one warms up worse, but in reality it turned out to be completely different.
Svetlana_Ni
TatianaSa, well, you understand everything about the fan? Or do you still have questions?
TatianaSa
Svetlana, I didn't have time to disassemble the cover
And I still had some iron thing going to the fan ... why is it?
Svetlana_Ni
Quote: TatianaSa
Svetlana, I didn't have time to disassemble the cover
Well, thank God ! Straight load from the soul fell.
Quote: TatianaSa
And I still had some iron piece going to the fan ... why is it?
What does this thing look like? I also had an adapter for connecting the fan to the network. And like there was nothing else. Describe the thing.
Svetlana_Ni

And I still have some kind of iron thing
Maybe it's a grill? It is the size of a fan.
TatianaSa
Yeah, like a lattice. Need to poke her where?
Svetlana_Ni
TatianaSa, well, faces
It is necessary to sprinkle it on top of the fan, protection from inquisitive ones, who stick their fingers where they don't get.
TatianaSa
Screwed it !!!! And I put the fan on the other side ?!
TatianaSa
Well, with God, girls!
Svetlana_Ni
TatianaSa, well done! We keep our fists for you! Go ahead, urAAAAA !!!!
TatianaSa
Pizza oven
Vaughn as attached
Svetlana_Ni
Well, beauties !!! Congratulations And that their cogs came up?
TatianaSa
Yeah, everything is just like here and boo
TatianaSa
Well, the dough in the hunger is gone, so the experiments continue tomorrow ... I'm already sick of pizza ... that makes me sick. I ate it too much, I can't do more.
Svetlana_Ni
And I still have. Here I want to stir up with shrimps. Come on, colleague, run it! By screws ! Just write what and how.
Svetlana_Ni
TatianaSa, Tan, and I'm all about cogs. Did you screw them straight into the holes, as they are?
TatianaSa
Well, yes, only between the fan and the stove I put such black little things and everything screwed up. I am Kuliblin!
