Starchy pancakes, thinnest, baked

Ingredients

Potato starch "Potato" 1 pack.
(200 g)
Milk 0,5 l
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 5 tbsp. l.
Egg 6 pcs.
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Slaked soda 0.5 tsp
The filling is as follows:
Cottage cheese 300 g
Yolks
(optional with sugar)
2 pcs.
Cherry

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients well,
  • add vegetable oil and fry in a dry frying pan.
  • I advise you to constantly stir the dough, as starch
  • tends to sink to the bottom.
  • I did not extinguish the soda so that the pancakes were denser and instead of 6 eggs I have 4 eggs + 2 proteins. And sugar 2 tbsp, so sweet ...
  • Pour a little into the pan, no more than 1/3 of a ladle, pancakes should be as thick as a sheet of paper. Moreover, they are strong and elastic.
  • here's what you should get:
  • Starchy pancakes, thinnest, baked
  • Mix the filling with the pitted cherries. I had it from the freezer, plus a little blackberry .. I sprinkled the berries with sugar, thawed them - I drained the syrup, and mixed the berries with the cottage cheese. (approximately 1: 1).
  • To prevent the filling from flowing, I added a couple of Art. l. decoys.
  • Roll the pancakes with the filling, put them in the tray, crush the butter on them. And simmer under the lid at 100 -110 * C hour.
  • Then pour over the hot pancakes with whipped sour cream with berry syrup. While the pancakes are cooling down, the sour cream will thicken.

What do you think, can you make pancakes in the microwave?
Cubic
You can, for sure !! Only time to pick up .. here I am not an advisor, because there is a danger of drying the pancakes and ruining everything.

Maybe try it at low power?

Cubic, a very interesting recipe. I can't even imagine how it is pancakes without flour. But the filling is familiar to me - very tasty.
