Ingredients

cod fillet (or other fish) 650 gram
Marinade
large onion 1 piece
garlic 2-3 teeth
ginger a piece
spices for fish taste
fennel dry taste
soy sauce 3 tbsp. spoons

cognac or vodka 1 tbsp. the spoon
Breading
panko crackers 100g
rice flour 100g

Angela, thanks for the recipe! Made from what was, but there were carp. There was no ginger and the breading was made from corn flour. Super! Soft, aromatic. I will do it more than once.
