Ingredients

Eggs 3-4 pcs
Milk 1 liter
Salt 2 pinches
Flour 350 g
Soda, not slaked on the tip of a knife
Vegetable oil 25 ml

Cooking method

  • The pancakes are very thin. This recipe was baked by my mother, I and my daughter baked.
  • I do not add sugar to them at all, because I use different fillings: sweet cottage cheese and meat, liver.
  • Also, each pancake can be sprinkled with sugar and put a slice of sl. butter - get a pancake pie.
  • They are delicious just with sour cream.
  • Preparation:
  • Beat the eggs with a mixer, pour out ½ milk, add salt and mix everything well. Gradually introduce flour and soda into the resulting mass, mix thoroughly. Get a dough with the consistency of liquid sour cream. We gradually dilute it with the remaining milk (it turns out like a very liquid kefir).
  • How much dilution comes with experience.
  • Let's start baking (the dough cannot be stored). The vegetable oil can be poured into the dough and baked into thin pancakes.
  • But I like to grease a hot pan with oil (raw peeled potatoes are put on a fork and with the help of it the pan is greased), then the pancakes turn out to be more delicate. Pour a small amount of dough (4-5 tbsp. Spoons) onto half of the pan, start rotating it to fill its entire surface (it may be porous). When the liquid on the surface of the pancake has evaporated, turn the pancake over and bake on the other side for 5-7 seconds. For the second pancake, grease the pan with oil again.
  • I gave the ingredients from my own experience.
  • Mom adds another egg, but dilutes the milk with water.
  • The daughter uses 2 eggs instead of 4.
