Welcome to the forum. You are faced with a choice and must decide for yourself what size of bread you plan to bake, then will you add additives to the bread? The absence of a dispenser and a higher power of the bread maker is a plus for baking - the bread is obtained with a fried crust on top, more precisely, the same crust is obtained from all sides and on top, but the electricity will eat more and the plastic case does not frighten you. I bought my mother Orion 206 just in a plastic case and with a power of 800 watts, it does not have a dispenser and feeds bread better than my delongue, which is with a dispenser and 630 watts. I will say right away that I used the dispenser only once and then helped to rake out of it, I just follow the kneading and can add additives to the dough when I see that the dough is mostly kneaded. At the middle weight, the loaf was without cones (the husband christened the first one with two - a two-humped camel), and on the small one there were 2 cones all the time, until she aligned it with her hand. The recipes from the instructions worked fine for me (where everything is in grams, and not in cups). The mother-in-law is baking now - everything seems to be fine.
