  • You need four eggs. Yes, I was not mistaken, and I have not forgotten how to count to five. He broke four eggs, and there were five yolks. As they say nowadays - “bonus” from Ryaba for good nutrition, two yolks in one shell!

  • Sugar - a tablespoon and a teaspoon in the appendage. In general, one and a half tablespoons, if it's serious. And salt. Half a teaspoon. No more.

  • Heat the pan and ... pour the dough on it. Very carefully, ensuring that the dough spreads evenly over the entire surface of the pan.

  • And then ... then we "bake". Or "bake"? Or maybe even "fry"? But all the same, PANCAKES !!!
  • After a while, bubbles will start to appear. But the dough, you see, doesn't break through. And even when the pancake rolls over, gaps will not appear.
