Pizza in the Clatronic rice cooker

I continue to experiment in a new rice cooker
Pizza based on Stеrn "It's in the bag".

Dough:
10 g yeast (I took 1 teaspoon dry)
150 ml warm milk
250 gr flour
1 tsp Sahara
0.5 tsp sea salt
40 g butter cut into cubes

Knead the dough in KhP using the "Pizza" program.

Remove the dough from the bucket and divide in half - a portion of the dough is designed for two pizzas in a rice cooker.

Roll out the first piece of dough with a diameter of 26 cm on baking paper.Place the cheese blocks along the very edge and make notches.

Wrap the edges with cheese in two turns.

Mix 2 tsp. mayonnaise with 2 tsp. tomato paste and spread this mixture on the bottom of the pizza. Put slices of sausage, pickled cucumber, pickled pepper on top (you can from lecho). Transfer the pizza to the rice cooker on paper.

Then switch to COOK. After five minutes, the rice cooker will automatically switch to WARM mode. Keep in this mode for another 20 minutes. The pizza is ready.

However, the sides remained white. So I kept it under the grill for five minutes. That's how she became.

And this is from the second batch of dough. This time, I smeared not only the bottom with a mixture of mayonnaise and tomato paste, but also the sides. There was no grill. It turned out very tasty !!!

Well, just class. I never cease to be surprised and happy. Our people will not be lost. Cook in a rice cooker. This is a miracle. I'm going to cook everything. The new packaged rice cooker is lying on the balcony. The family will be surprised. And I wanted to buy a multicooker. But there is a rice cooker ...........
BlackHairedGirl
pelmen_ka Why are you so cruel to her - imprisoned on the balcony Look, in the Rice Cooker section there are a bunch of recipes like "load and go". We come to the smell ... Stewed meat, all sorts of porridge, even honey cake! I baked cakes in it, even a Temka is somewhere. You can make baked goods, biscuits, curd casserole, etc. Success!

I have already prepared everything. Made baked milk. Super. I cooked the borsch. I'm finishing my pilaf. I am very satisfied. I have no words. Maybe buy another one. I call it my electric pot. I even baked apples. Thinking about making pizza.
BlackHairedGirl
pelmen_ka Good luck !!!

Prepared pizza according to your recipe. The dough is super. Everyone is very happy. Thank you very much. I make this dish from this dough: divide into two parts, roll out and put the minced meat, Prepared in advance. Twist the meat, season with salt, pepper, add onion, dill, Parsley and spices that anyone likes and grate hard cheese there. Put the minced meat on the dough and form like a pizza or long, grease the top with butter and a little cheese on top. It turns out like a Turkish pita.
BlackHairedGirl
pelmen_ka I am very glad that your rice cooker has finally found a use and, as they say, "the ice has broken"! Took note of your "pita", I have never done that. Fun to try as soon as the post ends. Thanks for the idea!!!

Poke, plz, into the curd casserole. The recipe is clear, it is necessary to clarify the baking process. I did it in the cartoon, now I want to master it in a small rice cooker with cook-warm.

“Put everything on the juice, then on the varm (in your case) lope - figure it out for yourself.” So as not to figure it out yourself - and I want experienced advice.
BlackHairedGirl
The baking process is usual - we put it on the cook, as soon as we switched to warm, we detect it for 20 minutes, repeat this procedure two or three times until cooked.

It is baked from 40 minutes to 1 hour, test for a dry splinter.

This is what I needed. Thank you. Does this also apply to yeast dough and biscuits? Doesn't fall off from such temperature changes?
BlackHairedGirl
no, it does not fall. the temperature at cook corresponds to the oven on our usual baking, then the relay turns on, and the temperature drops to the usual stewing temperature. In our case, we do not need to simmer, but we need to maintain the baking temperature, so I chose a switching interval of 20 minutes. If you will stew something - potatoes for example - take an interval of 1 hour. If you need to cook the same pastries at low temperatures - also 1 hour. But if you bake a cottage cheese casserole with an interval of 1 hour - you will need two switches with an interval of one hour - I say from my own experience. Therefore, the interval is 20 min. optimal, in my opinion.
