I rolled it out, shaped it and put it in a warm oven, and went to bed myself. It was thawed for exactly 4 hours.
I do not take it out of the oven, set 180 *, top / bottom, turned off convection and turned on the timer for 50 minutes. After 10 minutes, the oven reached the desired temperature and I covered the top with foil.
After 40 minutes, I took out the form from the oven. I wanted to knock the roll out of the mold, but I saw that the middle near the central pipette was damp.

Poppy - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Butter - 120 gr
Sugar - 1 cup or 0.5 cups sugar + 2 tbsp. l honey
Eggs - 2 pieces
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Grind poppy seeds in a coffee grinder.
Melt milk, sugar, butter and salt over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
While stirring constantly, add eggs one at a time.
Boil eggs until thick.
Pour the poppy seeds into the milk-egg mixture, mix well and turn off the heat.
If desired, the sugar can be reduced, and then add a couple of tablespoons of honey to the finished poppy filling.
The finished filling can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
