Ingredients: 0.5 tbsp. milk, 15 gr. gelatin, 10 gr. vanilla sugar, 250 gr. cottage cheese, 0.5 tbsp. sour cream, 0.5 tbsp. powdered sugar, 2 pineapple rings or other fruits (I took pineapple pieces).
Dissolve gelatin in milk and leave to swell for 20 minutes. Mix cottage cheese with powdered sugar, sour cream and vanilla sugar into a fluffy mass. Cut pineapple rings into pieces. Heat gelatin to a hot state, carefully pour into the curd mass, mix thoroughly. Add pineapple pieces and mix well again. Put the mass in a mold and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
I didn't have sour cream, but there was a pack (500 ml) of 33% cream in the refrigerator, I whipped it up and added it to the curd.
