Bread with rye flour in a multicooker Polaris 0508D floris

Ingredients

yeast sachet 11 gr.
rye flour 260 g
wheat flour 500 gr.
salt 1 incomplete Art. l.
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil (optional) 2 tbsp. l.
warm water 400 ml.

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from the site of the cook. ru, just changed the proportions for my multicooker.
  • Dissolve yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil. Mix. Gradually stir in flour, first all wheat, and then gradually rye. You don't need to pour the flour all at once, it may not be needed all at once, because flour can be different. The dough should not be tight, but it should not stick to your hands either. We get such a ball.

  • We put the dishes with the dough in a warm place for 60-80 minutes (I put them in a bowl of warm water and cover with a towel), the dough should double. This is how the dough comes up.

  • After the dough comes up, put it on the table, wrinkle it again and form a ball. We put our dough bun in a greased bowl, turn on the yogurt mode and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Excellent
I understand that I kneaded by hand, without a bread maker? And if in HP, then the proportions are the same

Olesya, well you are a craftswoman! Such breads come out tall, beautiful Even without a bread machine.
Only I do not have a yogurt mode in a slow cooker, so I'm thinking if I can go up ... But I really want to bake such a piece of bread too

Bread is a FAIRY TALE !!! I just need a recipe with rye flour.
Olesya, did you put down baking paper, despite the Redmond pan?

rusja, Thank you!!! I kneaded the dough with my hands, there is no bread machine. The author of the recipe does this in a bread maker: he puts the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe and puts the wheat flour in 100 g less.

* Tanya *, Thank you!!! If there is no yogurt program, then I think you can just put it in a warm place, or turn on the heating, warm up the bowl, put the dough and turn it off after 10 minutes, and leave the dough in the bowl.
drakusja, Thank you!!! I baked bread in my own bowl. After the first experiment, I found out that it is better to put a circle of paper, otherwise, during the proofing process, the bread may stick and then you will not get it whole!

Olesya, why in your own bowl? You wrote that your own cup is not fa-fa ...

Yes, in the home without paper and if the batter sticks a lot, but if the dough is thick like bread, then it's okay. It can just stick on the proofer, it is calmer with baking paper. I like baking in my own home. But in a redmond bowl, frying, casseroles, baking batter, biscuits, baking vegetables are ideal.
