But I see that it turned out not waffles, but just biscuit dough. When I turned it over and began to slowly turn out the mold, half of the dough remained in it. I decided to repeat the experiment again and again filled in 4 molds. This time I decided to hold it a little longer. How many she held ... distracted and did not notice ... but definitely more.
Here is the result ... I will not even show the first experience, because it is even sadder. Waffles, or rather soft biscuits, were exhausted with difficulty.They have remained soft to this day.

And then I saw the difference. When I took out the first batch, the finished waffle was already separating from the walls of the form, and when I turned it over, it jumped right out. The texture was immediately crunchy, and not as after the oven.
