Ingredients

butter (or margarine) 100 g
kefir 75 ml
cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l. with a slide
granulated sugar 0.5 cups
salt pinch
baking powder 0.5 tsp
wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet (or to taste)
icing sugar for decoration optional

Cooking method

  • For cooking, I used a glass rectangular shape 23X18 cm, height - 3 cm.
  • I melted butter in the microwave oven right in this mold (about 1 minute), poured it into a mixing bowl, and used the rest to lubricate the mold itself (with a silicone brush).
  • She poured kefir into the butter, and, stirring, gradually poured cocoa powder, granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder into it. The dough turns out to be quite liquid. Poured into a mold, leveled with a spoon so that it evenly filled all the corners. The layer turned out to be a little over 1 cm high.
  • I put it in the microwave, set the time - 6 minutes at full power. I have 800 watts. After the signal, without opening the door, I let it stand for another 10 minutes.
  • Brownies with this microwave bake time are obtained without the liquid center. But that's what I wanted.
  • If you want her to be present, reduce the time to 4-5 minutes.
  • When serving, sprinkle the brownies with the powdered sugar right in the tin. Cut in portions, lay out with a spatula.
  • The biscuit turns out to be lush, tender and very fragile. But with a sharp knife and a certain amount of dexterity, it is quite possible to present it decently.
  • In the photo, I added it to a homemade ice cream with black currant vitamin.

This is the simplest brownie that my friend bakes in her country house. But initially it was with an egg (1 large or 2 small). And, as it usually happens with me, I wanted to repeat it at home, I already measured everything, melted the butter ... But there are no eggs in the refrigerator! As a result of brainstorming and using the knowledge gained from our forum, I realized that you can try to replace them with kefir.
And also ... that day it was hot and I didn't want to bake in the oven at all. Again, the life of the forum suggested the right direction - to put everything in the microwave and see what happened. And everything worked out!
I do not pretend to be some kind of supernova, but I want to support a useful microwave theme, which is now actively and fruitfully developed Natalishka.
