Ingredients

peaches, apricots (fresh or in syrup) 18 pcs
almond petals handful
raspberry / cranberry jam 200 g
fat cream 200 g
sherry / rum / cognac 100 ml
butter 1 tsp
brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
For a roll:
eggs 3 pcs
flour 75 g
sugar 75 g
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
For the cream:
milk 500 ml
eggs 3 pcs
powdered sugar 100 g
corn starch 1 tbsp. l.
vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • And here is a new treat - so I want to make our party festive!
  • Please help yourself!
  • The main thing in this dessert is a roll. It is prepared very simply and quickly - I have here there is this Swiss recipe. The main thing is not to overdo the biscuit in the oven so that it remains airy and tender.
  • While the biscuit is baking, we have 10 minutes to prepare the cream.
  • Combine eggs, icing sugar, starch, vanilla extract and beat lightly with a mixer.
  • Place the pan in a water bath, pour in some of the milk and stir with a whisk. Then, stirring continuously, pour in the remaining milk and heat for another 5 minutes until the cream is brewed.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and continue stirring the cream to prevent curdling.
  • Pour the cream into a deep bowl and send it to the freezer for a few minutes to cool to room temperature.
  • Cut apricots and / or peaches into small slices, pour them over with sherry / rum / cognac, let it brew for a few minutes and put in transparent glasses (leave some).
  • Cut the roll into thin slices, put several pieces in each glass and pour over the remaining sherry from the peaches.
  • Put the cooled cream in glasses on top of the roll, add a few more chopped peaches and whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with almond petals.
  • Can be served to guests!
