Ingredients

Egg yolk 4 things
Egg white 2 pcs
Sugar 150-200 gr
Milk 3.2% 500 ml
Cream 33% 200 ml
Chocolate (dark or bitter) 250 g
For the lemon Kurd
Eggs 2 pcs
Butter 50 g
Sugar 175 g
Lemon 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Grind the yolks and sugar until a frothy mass is formed, put in a water bath and add the broken chocolate pieces. When the chocolate melts, add milk and cream. Boil, stirring for 10 minutes.
