Classic kvass in oursson fermenter

Ingredients

kvass wort concentrate 90gr
fresh yeast 4-5gr
sugar 50-60gr
raisins 5-6pcs

Cooking method

  • Stir the kvass wort and yeast with a little water, pour into a 2l jar, add water, add raisins.
  • Close the lid, place in the fermenter and select the "kvass" mode for 36 hours.
  • At the end of the time, add sugar, pour into a bottle and store in a cold place
