  • Our ice cream is also made from frozen crumbs and it is from the series that I called "ice cream - food for breakfast, lunch and dinner." Although it may well be a real dessert, because its taste is spicy-fragrant and creamy (everything will depend on the type of bread that you use).
  • Everyone has their own favorite bread (rye and mixed flour). Grind it in a blender until it is crumbly and do the same with the nuts.
  • Fry the bread crumbs with chopped nuts until they become crispy.

  • Whip the cream until soft peaks and mix with the crumb. Whisk the protein with salt and without stopping whipping, add the powdered sugar and carefully mix with the creamy mass.
