Ingredients

Water 200 gr.
Sugar 120 g
Semolina 50 gr.
For ice cream:
Soft pasty cottage cheese 11% 150 gr.
Powdered sugar 20 gr.
Coconut flakes: 25 gr.
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Mousse preparation:

  • Ice cream preparation:
