Ingredients

Pineapple (canned) 150 g
Pineapple juice (canned) 50 ml
Coconut milk 150 ml
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Light rum 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat all ingredients with a blender. Pour the contents into portioned molds of your choice: large ones as ice cream, small ones as candies. Place in the freezer for 4-5 hours to freeze completely. After half an hour, stick wooden sticks into ice cream molds, because at the beginning this cannot be done due to the liquid mass.
