Liver Salad

Ingredients

any liver 300 grams
big carrots 1 piece
fresh mushrooms 200 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
egg 3 pieces
processed cheese 100g
salt taste
mayonnaise taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil the liver, cool.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables until tender. Salt lightly. Refrigerate. Remove excess oil.
  • Cut the mushrooms into cubes or slices. Fry. Pos pour. Remove excess oil.
  • Assembly.
  • 1-grate the liver, salt, grease with mayonnaise
  • 2-onion with carrots, brush with mayonnaise
  • 3-mushrooms, brush with mayonnaise
  • 4-grate cheese, brush with mayonnaise
  • 5-grate eggs, salt, brush with mayonnaise.
  • You can mix each layer separately with mayonnaise, and then lay out in layers on a dish.
  • If you think that there is enough salt in mayonnaise, then you don't need to salt it.
