Salad "Nettle and beetroot"

Nettle and beetroot salad

Ingredients

nettle (young whole or leaves) 1 tbsp. slightly rammed
beet 1 medium
seeds: sesame, sunflower, flax 1 st. l.
lemon 1 plastic
vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
salt 0.3 tsp
garlic (optional) 2 cloves
black pepper (optional) pinch

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Soak young nettles for 1 hour in cold water, then wash thoroughly and chop.
  • Do NOT pour boiling water over (some vitamins are lost)! Does not inject in the mouth, you can cut smaller if you are afraid
  • Wash and grate the beets, crush or chop the garlic.
  • Spread the beets and nettles on a dish in layers, sprinkle with salt, seeds, lemon juice.

All types of nettles are undoubtedly useful, everything can be eaten, for cosmetic purposes, as a vitamin remedy, etc.
But it is better to use hemp nettle young or scald a little, it has prickly, including leaves.
