Pork juicy

Ingredients

Steamed meat, pork 1300
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Water
Coarse salt
Garlic
Black and allspice pepper
Bulb onions

Cooking method

  • I was inspired by the recipe boiled pork in CUCKOO from Admin, but since there is no such recipe for units yet, and I have a different marinade, with salt, I post the recipe here in a separate post.
  • and this is what I got:
  • We rub the meat with coarse salt, put it in a bowl and fill it with marinade: dissolve a spoonful of vinegar in 1-2 tablespoons of water (depending on the volume of the bowl, the meat should be covered with marinade by more than 2/3. The taste of the marinade is almost not sour, the vinegar is only a little guessed ..)
  • Cut the onion into thick rings and coat the meat.
  • We leave in the marinade overnight, drain the marinade in the morning, dry the meat with a paper towel, sprinkle with coarse salt and ground pepper, stuff with garlic and leave for 40 minutes on the table.
  • Then put the onion in which the meat was marinated on the bottom of the pressure cooker, and on this pillow put our boiled pork tightly tied with a harsh thread.
  • Close the lid and cook under pressure for 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • Eat completely cooled down, be sure to stand in the refrigerator !!

Time for preparing:

1 hour 20 minutes

Olya, yes, you just got a great meat, the color is beautiful, it is clear that juicy

Cubic is lovely, but how do you think you can cook in a regular pressure cooker?
You can't even believe that you can create such delicious beauty at home.

Gaby, You can also try

But, the meat needs to be marinated so that it is filled with moisture.
And provided that you can cook in a pressure cooker without water. Just put a piece of meat on the bottom of the pot. The meat should give juice and continue to cook under pressure.

The second option - boiled pork can be cooked without problems in a multicar

Thank you Admin for such an exhaustive answer, but I don't have a multibrand.

Then try it in the pressure cooker

Thank you! Admin already answered, I just want to say - as a result, at the bottom of the pressure cooker I got a lot of juice, almost a liter !! So, in theory, an option in a conventional pressure cooker is quite possible. Indeed, ask Chuchelka - we have her with pressure cookers on "you"

I came by the smell myself.

Gabi, I suggest you cook this piece of meat in a regular steam cooker (in a steam basket). And so that the juice and marinade does not go away, wrap it in foil. Pour water with a reserve, it will not evaporate. If you cook just by putting the meat on the bottom, it will not turn out in its own juice. You can't go without liquid at all in a regular pressure cooker. Most likely it will burn. Then for 10 minutes in the oven to brown and generally super.

I can experiment myself, then write.

Thank you Schochelka for coming herself ...I was uncomfortable pulling you for earlier. Boom to experiment, well, I will.

There is no difference in cooking in this way for different multicooker.
Cook in the same way as described in the recipe and you will succeed

Depending on the device and the weight of a piece of meat, the cooking time will be different:
- an hour is enough for a pressure cooker
- set for 3 hours for the multicooker, and then check the readiness in fact with a knitting needle.

: victory: lately I have been unable to do anything in the kitchen, even what worked out well. I'm terribly upset, I don't know what it is connected with (Thank you very much for the explanations. I will definitely try it, I hope I won't translate the products)

Asitas, Polina, maybe it would be more honest to create your own topic about this, Your Redmond, prepare a bunch of goodies, photograph and place so that the readers salivate - then there would be an advertisement like this. And so your pathetic attempts to screw at least a few words about anything into everything in a row, but certainly with the mention of Redmond, do not cause anything but disgust for this brand.
