Today I want to make choux pastry pasties, I make them in a bread maker on the Unleavened dough or Pizza program, 15 minutes, plus another 15 minutes. Then it lies in the refrigerator for an hour in a bag. Minced lamb, lots of onions, plus chanterelle mushrooms, finely chopped and stewed in a pan. I chop with two hands with a knife right in a cold frying pan. I did this in the country - beauty.
I don't know how to take pictures from the phone, alas ((
tiarka
I made pasties without mushrooms - lamb in half with onions, and with cottage cheese (I salted the minced meat, so I brought it with cottage cheese). Frying for 15 minutes - waiting 3 minutes, checking the butter with bread, putting pasties on each side for about 5 minutes. But something is not right - there is no bubbling and frying, as it was in Polaris. I will still try.

I made yogurt at night - I set it for 6 hours, 1 liter of ultra-pasteurized cold milk and a box of Activia, mixed well 3 times, for the first 15 minutes. Went to sleep. In the morning I put it in the refrigerator. Excellent dense yogurt. I washed and cooked the jars, but at the last moment I decided to make it just in a multi bowl. Not peroxide, the very IT.
divlesika
Yes, tiarka, yoghurt turns out great!

Today I made an AChMU modified by me from thin Armenian lavash (the one in the tube)
Modified by cutting 150 grams of the remaining fatty beon to the bottom of a multi, adding medium chopped onions, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil - frying for 10 minutes. Then she divided the lavash tape into 3 parts. She covered the bottom with frying, a bit of water from above to soften the lavash, she crumbled a pack of cottage cheese on it and generously threw dill, covered it with side pieces of lavash. On top of it, a little mayonnaise with water (I spread the leftovers in a bag with mayonnaise, what good to waste) on pita bread. Then the second piece of lavash, grated cheese on it, 80 grams. Again she covered the sides with the remnants of lavash and pressed it with her hand. Then I put pieces of tomato, a little mayonnaise, diluted with water. Having quickly moistened the third piece of pita bread in water, tore it into pieces and laid them on top, pressed it with my hand completely, and smeared it on top with a stirred egg, and a few drops of soy sauce (optional).
For the OVEN program without heating - 45 minutes. Quite tasty and very fast. It was advisable to pour a little more liquid around the edges on top. It takes a long time to write. Can be done without bacon.

Hello everybody!
I either have a failure, or it was, but in the rice / cereal mode with a glass of buckwheat, for example, the following happens: while the timer shows that there are still 15 minutes left until the end of the program, and I open the lid - buckwheat is already dry and burnt. It is not clear what would have happened to her in another 15 minutes. Likewise, rice: ready much earlier than the end of the program.
Nadin1234
divlesika, what proportions do you take to water? I have a Philips 3158, the programs are the same, I take rice 1: 2, buckwheat 1: 2 or 1: 2.5 does not burn anything.
divlesika
I take buckwheat 1: 2, and rice 1: 1.5

Hello The day before yesterday we bought a model HD3137 / 03. Today I tried the "steaming" mode. Please tell me, it's normal that when the temperature is set, first running lines appear on the timer instead of the cooking time, and after the water boils, the set time appears (the instructions say that before the water boils, the current time will be displayed on the display, and the cooking time will start after boiling). Why are there just running lines instead of the current time? Is it all like that or just me?
Rituslya

yes, your cartoon is doing well. With such running lines, a snake, the cartoon heats the water to a boil and enters the main mode.
Cunning
Rituslya, thanks for the answer, but I was already worried))
Rituslya
Cunning, no, everything is fine with you. Do not worry!
A wonderful toon with well-tuned modes.
Congratulations on your successful purchase!
May it serve for a long time and please you constantly!

All three!
Tell me, there is no separate topic for philips hd3167 / 03. Does it differ from 3137? Of all the variety, for some reason, I stopped at these models, because there seems to be everything you need. But the Yandex market is wrong in the feature set 3137 🔗 because the same multi-cook is.
Cunning
Rituslya, Thank you))
Rituslya
chatskiy, no, I confused 3136 and 3137, but 3137 and 3167 still have a difference in programs.
3167 has 18 programs, while 3137 has 15. they write something about the material of the case.
And Multipovar, in my opinion, is already in all models now.

apparently deleted the previous message, because I don't see the "confusion"). Yet. 3137 and 3167 - are there any differences?
Rituslya

deleted the previous message
yes, I deleted it so as not to be misled.
And as for the difference, it is. These are: the number of programs and the material of the bowl (according to the official representatives).
I will say to myself that I have a 4-liter model 3136. More than six months have passed, and I probably tried no more than half of the programs, and a displacement of 4 is enough for a family of 4, as they say, by the eyes.

number of programs, I share your point of view). But about the bowl material - like on the website and there and there ProCeram.
Everywhere (including your 3136) there is no removable cover, my manager assured me that this is wildly inconvenient ... is it so? And yes, since 4 liters is enough for 4, then I’m already thinking about her. Our kitchen is white)
Rituslya
A removable cover, however, is not. Everything is wiped, as they say, by weight. But I want to say that it doesn't get dirty too much, because the modes work delicately.
I also have a model 3197, yes, the lid is removed there, but in general I rarely see a swollen lid either, so I wipe it on the weight.
chatskiy
As a result, we have. It will also be useful for everyone else later when comparing 3136/3137 / 3167. (Correct me owners if I'm wrong).

Thank you for your question. We would like to inform you that in new batches of this model there is no “ProKeram” marking on the bowls, and the volume scale has also been changed. These differences do not affect the technical characteristics of the multicooker and do not indicate any shortcomings in the product; all bowls have a wear-resistant nano-ceramic ProKeram coating.

2. 3136 and 3137 differ only in bowl volume and color.
3.3167 differs from the other 2 only add. programs (as practice shows, their number is not very important, since Panasonic with its 181 models is still in vogue).
4. Multi-cook is available in all models, as well as delay and cooking time / temperature.
5. Everyone does not have a container to collect condensation. By the way, is this a problem? If it stands on the countertop, it will not flood it. I do not have a stone (
6. All do not have a removable cover - they seem to write to wash easily.
Rituslya
chatskiy, I will intercede on the third point. I don’t have 181 models, but there’s something like 550. I cook compote in it, and I gave the rest to do other cartoons. Still, I must admit that time does not stand still.

Good luck to you! Let your cartoon be the best!

Bought 3137. Until the last, the manager was inclining to model Moulinex CE 502832.They scared off the reviews on the Yandex market. But I saw that there are 125 pages for moulinex on this site, and 12 for phillips. Now I don’t know if this is an indicator. Reading the instructions, I came across that the silicone ring is a consumable ... and how to change it if the cover is non-removable ?!
chatskiy
No more owners?
Rituslya
The cover is not removable, the silicone ring does not change in any way.
Cleaning and maintenance of the cover - a damp cloth.
Well, since the cartoon doesn't look good, can you change it, return it?
chatskiy
No, why didn't I look. Today, chicken fillet in sour cream-mustard sauce and baked potatoes seem to be very successful. Just about the gum, of course, Phil did a lot of byaku. Others are only if Moulinex 502, but he did not like negative reviews.
chatskiy
I will continue the dialogue with myself.
For the sake of interest, I phoned the service. The O-ring costs 550 rubles for it. Replacement - 500 rubles. (The master will assure you that you can change there yourself). So the disadvantage becomes irrelevant.
Well, the very answer of the Philips representative, that the O-ring is not a consumable:

We would like to inform you that the silicone seal on the inside of the lid is not a consumable item, it is not subject to mandatory replacement and is intended for the entire service life of the product.
If you need to replace the sealing disc for any reason, you can contact our authorized service partners, the coordinates of which are presented in the item "Consumer goods" at the following link: 🔗

Nadin1234
chatskiy, you confuse a pressure cooker with a multicooker, Moulinex CE 502832, what you were offered is a pressure cooker, they have silicone rings as a consumable and are bought in addition, and in multicooker they are always attached to the lids.
The Philips, IMHO, has very high quality silicone in a sealing gum, it does not absorb odors at all.
Cunning
Dear forum users Can you please tell me what you do when the light turns off during the multicooker operation? does this affect multi work?
Rituslya
I confess that I do almost nothing. If the electricity is turned off for a short period of time, then the cartoon automatically returns to the mode you set.
If for a long period, then I simply restart the program.
Cunning
Rituslya, thank you) please tell me, have you tried to cook baked milk? if so, in what mode?
Rituslya
Cunning, you know no. I don't make baked milk. I just don't drink it.

I have more and more eaters on jellied meat and all kinds of meat baked goods.
And if you try to darken the milk in the Simmering mode? I haven't tried this mode at all, but it's interesting.
Cunning
Rituslya, made baked milk, it turned out delicious) the next day I baked pancakes on it) it tastes like caramel)
I cooked milk for 4 hours on the Simmer + 2 hours on Simmer mode, I noticed the following: on Simmering it just seems to be warming up and acquires a barely visible beige tint, and already on Stewing it turns brown and foam appears
Rituslya
Today at 3136 I cooked buckwheat. Well, what an amazing porridge turned out: lush, aromatic, tasty! Already on the Warming up, I threw a piece of butter.
Oh! Above all praise for me.
In the morning I cooked cabbage soup. Sooo cool!
In general, I am very pleased with the cartoon.
I want to buy a bowl with grill strips, but the question is, why not? I read that pampering is still in cartoons.
Snip-snap
Tell me what I'm doing wrong: the pastries are baked only on top, and the bottom is raw. I tried both with open and closed valves. Only charlotte turns out, but there are no muffins, no manna.
Manna
Snip-snap, how is it only baked from above, but not from below? This is basically impossible in a multicooker.

The valve does not need to be touched at all when baking. Take it off only when you decide to wash it.

Now about raw pastries. Most often this happens because the dough is too thin ... or the baking powder does not work.
Snip-snap
I myself do not understand how this is possible, I attached a photo.Below is a dark crust, then raw, and on top everything is fine!
Multicooker Phillips 3136/03 and HD3137 / 03 (reviews and discussion)
Manna
Snip-snap, this dough was watery. It is necessary to reduce the amount of fluid.
Snip-snap
I do everything according to the recipe, others succeed. The carrots were not juicy at all (((charlotte is baked perfectly, although the dough turns out thinner.
And at what temperature to bake such pastries?
Snip-snap
Everything worked out!) Reduced the temperature!

: rose: Girls, take the new one. : rose: Looked, read and decided to stop at this model + grill pan. Not disappointed, although the heating does not burn, it upsets, but it warms up. So far, I decided not to bother with this. I cooked borsh, fried cabbage, I really liked baking and frying chicken + potatoes,.
But one thing I can not understand, when ordering me at the office. the site was assured that the Prokeram saucepan., and brought in my opinion non-stick, at least in the internet it is positioned as ".. | Philips HD3736 Bowl (saucepan) non-stick with Whitford coating for Philips multicooker"
How many did not find out - could not get the truth from the officials. They tried to assure me that this is such a party of Prokeram. And next to me is a pan for grilling prokers and they are not at all alike. Come on, this Whitford wanted to order anyway.
Why am I so long while discounts, do I need a Standard bowl HD3745 or wait for a thick-walled 4 mm.? Tell me who uses it.
Rituslya
Allochka, congratulations on the wonderful cartoon! I also have a 4-liter. I am very pleased with her. About the heating light? ... Oh, but I don't know if my light is on or not. I didn't pay attention.
About the bowls. I have one standard one that fits all 4-liters, and the second is thick-walled. I do not know. I'm not so special in food that everything seems the same to me. Here is Frying in the first one, I can do it faster. And so I use the one that free will turn up under the arm.
I want to buy and try a grill with stripes, but I have too many wishes. So I'm holding on for now.
Aluwka
RituslyaThank you Rita! Yes, yes, the cartoon pleases, although at first I reviewed a lot of options.

bowls. I have one standard one that fits all 4-liters, and the second is thick-walled.
here is the main idea - at different times of release, the multi was completed with different standard bowls (as the officials explained) and there are three types of these pots, but all should be prockers, and I have whitford But that's not the point now, today I checked the pots on my favorite dish again - fried potatoes So, in a grill with stripes on the frying mode, the potatoes were baked for 40 minutes with 10 minutes warming up, then I tried to fry them by hand, and in whitford it is thinner, in 25 minutes such a good fried potato turned out. what am I for - a thicker pan requires more temperature and power, it is better even in manual mode, and the grill bowl is different in my opinion, only the corrugation, but I did not understand what it gives, and it needs a temperature of more than 130 g
chatskiy
Well, the system, okay, they banned external links, so why can't I post a link to the same forum? Moderators - add coverage info to the header.

Hello!
Can you please tell me if milk porridge turns out well on Philips HD3136 / 03?
AZA
Good day. I have had this multicooker for half a year and I have one big question for manufacturers - with such modern technologies and advanced design, was it really so difficult to make a removable lid ??? This is a fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey, I'll tell you 😐 I will change it if the opportunity arises.
AZA
Also, during cooking, especially when steaming, condensation accumulates in the grooves of the lid. It is worth opening it slightly - and the whole lake pours into the space between the bowl and the walls, risking flooding the heating element. It was possible to somehow think it over😬 Everything else I like. I chose this slow cooker from all. But the lid is a queen .. How to wipe it? A new rag every time? Because I won't go in there with dishes. It cannot be rinsed with water in any way ((((
Snip-snap
Yes, they certainly didn’t think of the lid, but maybe they saved ... But I’ve already got used to it. I wipe the lid and condensation with paper towels, wash on steam / boil mode
Nata1500
Hello girls! Who has five liters, please measure the dimensions of the bowl (diameter including sides, inner diameter, height and circumference), and the bottom is flat or concave? also interested in additional bowls for stewing, are they exactly the same with the standard one?
