I decided to stick such pies on an old Soviet dumpling maker.
And what is the exact size of one cell?

subiata
The size of the cells: the edges that separate the individual dumplings are 4 cm x 7 cm, and the products (the size of the depression for the filling) are 3 cm x 5.5 cm. The pies come out a little larger than a matchbox.

subiata, can you share the recipe for pies?
subiata
I baked the pies according to the recipe for which the theme was created. Go to the first page of this topic. Only I added a little salt and sugar.

subiata, Svetlana, is it tastier with salt and sugar?
subiata
I baked them for the first time, so I can't compare. If the filling has a bright and strong taste, then it should be good without seasonings. In general, the recipe recovered to me very much.

TATbRHA
Baked with onions, jusai and eggs. Delicious dough, delicious pies turned out, but the "squats" are flat, not tall. First, I kneaded the dough in a bread maker on the "Dough" program (an hour and a half), it rose well, so fluffy, airy. I made some pies, left them for an hour for proofing - well, they came up quite a bit. Put in a cold oven, 25 minutes at 180 *. I think it’s not the cold oven, because they weren’t high enough even before baking ... What's wrong?
