Ingredients

Kefir 1 glass
Soda 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Flour 1 glass
Minced meat 300-400 g
Bulb onions 2-3 pcs.

Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Mix kefir with baking soda and leave for 5 minutes, then add eggs, salt and flour, mix quickly.
  • Mix the raw minced meat with finely chopped onions and herbs, season with salt and pepper.

Thank you for an easy and simple recipe! : girl_love: I'll do 2 today - one with fish, the other with minced chicken. The fish is already baking. I added finely chopped parsley and chopped olives to the minced meat (I think a good combination with fish will come out). Then I'll post the pictures.
