Ingredients

flour 125 g
chopped almonds 50 g
softened butter 100 g
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 75 g
baking powder 3 tsp

Cooking method

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add oil.
Mix flour with baking powder and chopped almonds (I chopped in a coffee grinder).
Mix everything.
Pour into molds, filling them not to the brim.
Mini-Mandel-Kuchen
We put in a preheated (180 degrees) oven and bake for about 25 minutes.

Thank you so much for the recipe! I have just the same molds. Replaced almonds with walnuts. Delicious muffins. True, the dough turned out to be thickish, but this did not affect the final result, well, maybe it rose a little more than usual (it turned out roses on legs). Cupcakes are porous and tender. Lyudmila, thanks again for the recipe. Nuts put a little more than 50g. The cupcakes turned out to be very nutty (but I hardly will use almonds, I eat them all at once). The main recipe is very quick and tasty.
