Ingredients

Canned pink salmon 1 can
Carrot 400g
Egg 5 pieces.
Mayonnaise
Bread or loaf 0.5 loaves
Creamy little 100-120g

Cooking method

  • The chip of this salad is in very tasty croutons, which are always fried in butter. And the salad itself, despite its simplicity, is very worthy of attention.
  • Boil carrots and eggs. Finely chop the eggs. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Drain the pink salmon and mash with a fork. Mix pink salmon, eggs and carrots. Season with mayonnaise.
  • Now let's prepare the croutons. Cut the white bread or loaf into small cubes (the smaller the better). Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the bread cubes and stir quickly so that the butter is absorbed evenly. Fry over medium heat until the bread is browned.
