Well, that's good. And then I was worried that something was wrong with these flicks.
The bread rose well, baked well, the top crust baked well, but it burst ...

This is some kind of new model ... I don't think its functions are very different from the 48290

Hello to the bakers, the children also gave me such a bread machine, the bread seemed to turn out right away, but I was not satisfied with the fact that it crumbled during cutting and thanks to Irina she threw off the instructions in Russian, many thanks to Irina, I studied it from cover to cover and understood a lot, your forum helped me a lot, I found my mistakes thanks to you, and yesterday the bread turned out to be what I need, now I want to bake an orange one and in general some kind of excitement appeared, I already fed the neighbors they liked even the bread that I was not happy with, again with gratitude to Irina and your forum

By the way, this model did not inspire me at all. It seemed to me that the volume of the bucket is much less than that of 48290. And it has fewer programs.

I have Morphy Richards 48039 for about six months - very satisfied! Only I never bake exactly according to recipes, I fake it for myself (I do it in all recipes, not only for bread) and as a result, the bread is excellent! I use granulated yeast (semi-living), I take ordinary white flour and sow it, I put less sugar by half a spoon, and, on the contrary, more salt by half a spoon, I definitely add bran and rye flour - I bake only gray bread. All hands do not reach rye. I also baked a cupcake, though my men said it was honey bread. I baked a cake with sour cream. Now a cake with sour cream is baked in the oven, but now I have added honey and nuts. Rises well, even better than additives. I'll try to cool down.
Caprice
rina-irina, in fact, here on the forum, as it were, it is customary to exhibit your author's recipes in the appropriate sections
If you have something to share with us - we will be glad
rina-irina
Okay, I'll put it here as I bake, and if anything, put it where you need it.
The bread that I bake.
The most common gray bread. Does not crumble. It rises steadily and the lid does not fall, but I have been twisting the recipe for a month (not every day), so I have achieved what I wanted.

Gray bread

Designed for a 680g loaf.
1) flour - 2.5 scoops of plain white flour
+0.5 mph full rye flour (not peeled) + 1 tbsp. not measuring spoon with a decent slide
I must sift all the flour!
2) add two tbsp to the sifted flour. spoons with a small slide of dry bran (managed to buy somewhere with flax seed)
3) I also add 1 tbsp. a measuring spoon of granular yeast (our Israeli invention),
I mix everything well and set it aside.
4) pour 2 ct into the mold. not measuring spoons of vegetable oil - so that it is lubricated inside the blade and the cylinder on which the blade is put on (less friction)
5) add Art. measuring spoon of sugar +1.5 measuring spoon of salt
6) add 1.1 / 8-cup warm water (heat up 1 minute in a microgal, less in summer)

7) carefully pour the flour with all the additives into the mold and bake on the 1st program.

I knead the dough twice (I’m not too lazy to come up, but it’s better to knead the dough)

Girls experiment!
I sometimes add instead of 1 st. spoons of rye flour - buckwheat almost without a slide, and if only white flour - add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white flour with a decent slide. The gingerbread man should not knock when kneading - either add a spoonful of flour or a spoonful of water. I put sugar and salt to my taste. Instead of bran, you can add small rolled oats, but then it must be poured into water in the form, and only then sift the flour (just the rolled oats will infuse).
BUT! I bake bread right away! It will not work with delayed time, it needs to be redone.
Girls tell me where to find soy flour?

Today I will again bake bread and put a photo.
Caprice
rina-irina, I have no option to move your recipe to the desired section. You must do it yourself and arrange it in accordance with the forum rules.
In this section, your interesting recipe will be seen only by the owners of HP Morphy Richards. I think the owners of other HPs would also be interested in it

I posted your recipe HERE in accordance with the form for placing recipes. Please do it yourself next time.

Hello dear bakers!
I tried to download the instruction from the link, but it does not download.
I even translated the instruction from Hebrew into Russian. But there are so many mistakes that now I don’t believe any numbers in it.
I wanted to check.
Or maybe someone knows where to get instructions in English? Check the figures against the original, so to speak ...
There is no 48290 model on the manufacturer's English website.
Just some kind of guard! Help!

My name is Irina, and I live, just like you, in Hadera
Sorry, wedged into your conversation. My name is Ella and I also live in Hadera. The other day I bought HP Morphy Richards, I thought there was an instruction in English. I know him, but I do not know Hebrew, too old to learn. I would like to bake simple bread for the first time. I bought 2 packages of flour - one says "SUGAT", the other says "TAKHONAT RUT", if I read correctly, flour mlea on both packages. Can they be mixed? Or should you add regular flour to it? I would be very grateful for your answer and advice.
Caprice
Sugat and Tahonat Ruth are producers. Hita Mlea - whole grain flour. It is dark colored wheat flour. It can be used in appropriate recipes.

Thank you very much! Does this flour have to be mixed with ordinary white flour?

Depending on the recipe. There are recipes where it is necessary to mix, there are recipes where it is not necessary.

Hello, Ella Yakovle or just Ella, right? Welcome to the community of home bakers I would advise you not to start with recipes based on one whole flour, it is heavy, you need to know how to work with it. I never bake on a pure whole. And always on the mix. It is best to start with plain white bread or take recipes where whole flour is mixed with plain white bread 1: 1. Look here on the forum for a lot of great recipes. And be sure to read the section "Bread is the head of everything", there is a lot of useful information. At first, I didn't do very well, especially according to the recipes from the instructions for the HP. And then - thanks to the forum - it went off, and now HP is my favorite thing in the house.
And write to the forum, ask. If I can help you - always

Simple, Ella! There are no middle names here. It's just that when I registered, one name was not enough. So can you give me the simplest bread recipe and bookmark order? I have HP M.R. 48290. And I did not find instructions for her, only for 48295. Maybe they are identical? Excuse me for bothering you. They say it's never too late to study, but I'm already 79, and I still can't calm down!

Hi Ella!
As I understand you! At the beginning, I had the same thing. And then I thought: "Why be afraid of something! Well, what can such a terrible thing happen? Well, I will spoil the dough, that I have never spoiled it without a bread machine ?!" And she began to bake, and gradually everything began to work out. And if you are afraid and not bake, and she, poor woman, will stand like that, take a place ... is that better, or what? Age? Do not tell me, for God's sake, That it is for our talented women to master such an obedient device, which is intended to make life easier!
In short, there is nothing to be afraid of!
In Morphy Richards bread makers, liquid is first poured into a bucket, and then dry ingredients. Unfortunately, recipes cannot be displayed in this thread. But the forum is full of them. Start with the easiest ones. Be sure to go to the section "Bread for all the head", read. And ask, do not hesitate. What is the forum for then, if you do not help each other?

By the way, the recipes from the instruction book for HP also never let me down.
And there is nothing special to read in this manual. It is enough to know the names of the products and distinguish them in the recipe כפות from כפיות (tablespoons from teaspoons). That's all the wisdom of the instruction.

I am very grateful to you for your support,: rose: I'll try tomorrow! Still need to figure out the buttons!
kisuri
Let me tell you about the buttons. When you turn on the HP to the network, the number 1 automatically appears on the screen, which means the 1st program, simple white bread. And next - 3:00 - this is the duration of this program. 3 hours.
From left to right: on the top left is the "Start" button, if you press it with one short press, you turn on the HP and the 1st program starts working. The light comes on. One long press on the "Start" button turns off the program, the light goes out.
The next button is Menu. By pressing it, you "scroll" the programs, from 1 to 12. Its duration always appears next to the program number. That is, when you turn it on, program 1 appears, and if you want another program, you must install it with this button.
The next button is Loaf Size. Most programs have two loaf size options: large and small. When you press it, the arrow moves to the right above the screen and the program duration changes. A large loaf, of course, takes more time. The arrow is not so easy to see, you need glasses (microscope)
The next button is Crust Color, Light, Medium and Dark. The average is automatically set. The arrow is on the left above the screen.
The next button is Timer for now.
Under the button "Size", in the middle - an oval button for opening the lid.
The procedure is as follows: install the bucket, turn on the HP into the network, set the program, size, color, and only then press "Start".
YET EVERYTHING!
Ella Yakovle
I don’t know how to thank you, KISURI! Sorry, but I don't know another name. I figured out the buttons, and really, the arrow where the size is set is difficult to see! But I could not get the bucket out. Apparently, I did not take into account something! There is such a lever at the bottom, I took it off and turned it, nothing happened! Using your permission, to ask questions, I ask what I did wrong, why I could not pull out the bucket? Aren't you tired of me yet? Write your name. Thanks, Ella.
Caprice
To remove the bucket, you need to turn it counterclockwise.

I have baked bread 10 times in a morphy richards bread maker. The first times that I baked, at the end of baking, the display was zero, I pressed "Stop" and the display was without numbers. I turned off the voltage. All. But now for some reason, when I turn it off, I click on "Stop", the display appears again, as when turning on 3-00. After that, I unplug it. What's happening? I baked all the time according to the 1st program, and then I decided to make a dough, put it on the 8th program, turned it on, and I immediately jumped to the 1st program. Has anyone had this? Am I doing something wrong or am I having a problem? Bread according to the 1st program bakes well, we are satisfied, but this is all that the oven does.

I'm still a teapot on this site, I didn't even immediately find how to send a message.
I am also a young baker. My bread is delicious, but my programs do not switch. I wanted to put 8, make a dough, but when turned on, 8 changed to 1. My sister also bought the same HP, she has the same problem. Maybe we are doing something wrong? I have an instruction in Russian, I do everything according to it, but ... And at the very end, when there are already only zeros, I want to turn it off, but on the contrary, it turns on the first program, on the display 1 3:00 Help me, I'm waiting for an answer ... How do you switch programs? What do you press first: menu or start? I have no problems with this in HP.
