The other day I bought HP Morphy Richards, I thought there was an instruction in English. I know him, but I do not know Hebrew, too old to learn.
Ella, I live in Haifa and I had the same problem. I have translated the instruction into Russian, if you want, I will send it to you by e-mail. You write the address and I will send it. Everything about this model is there, including the recipes.

I'm still a kettle on this site, ................... at the very end, when there are already only zeros, I want to turn it off, but on the contrary it turns on the first program, on display 1 3:00 Help me, I'm waiting for an answer. Thank you in advance.
Ilana, I am the same kettle, but I would venture to suggest that turning off HP is necessary to press Start / Stop and, without releasing your finger, hold it until the beep about the end of the program. The display shows the first program, which disappears when you unplug the power cord.

I decided to make a dough, put it on program 8, included and I immediately jumped to the 1st program.
She turned it on - which button did she press?

Plug in first. The first program is displayed. Using the "Menu" button, select program 8 ("dough") and then press "Start"

Leelah, Ilana-Shir!
Well, girls, are you doing it? Otherwise, the correspondence was somehow interrupted, and it is not clear what is happening
It seems that everything is clear, but at first I also poked around, I remember, a couple of times it also seemed to me that my HP was jumping somewhere, until I figured it out.
Write what is happening

I wonder why I didn't poke around? Although, I immediately began to use without instructions ...

Because it happens in different ways.
There are people who can do it right away, and thank God they do. And there are those who do NOT have everything and do NOT all at once. For them, and FORUM - so as not to be afraid to ask stupid questions, because such questions first arise for ALMOST everyone, and poke at first almost everything (like me, for example), but why - I don't know.

Ir, well, I, as it were, also mastered the bread machine "by the method of a scientific poke", having only instructions in Hebrew, which I was stupidly lazy to read and translate. The Russian instruction came to me much later (when I had been baking bread for a year now), thanks to Gypsy, who found her somewhere on the Internet. Although, to be honest, I was too lazy to read it, and on occasion printed it out and gave it to my older sister's husband (they still haven't mastered the computer and the Internet. They're still not too lazy to rewrite recipes by hand)
kisuri
Hi Ira!
So after all, you and I are talking about the same thing: that everyone at the beginning has their own "tyki", for whom it is easier, it goes "smoothly", and for whom it does not work. I know quite a few of those (Russians and Israelis) who have CP lying somewhere on the mezzanine, because it didn't go right away, and they didn't have enough patience to figure it out. It's a pity, because, of course, life with HP is much more pleasant) By the way, I periodically looked into the instructions in Hebrew, mainly in the program table. Now, of course, no longer, already the hand itself presses the buttons.
I think the girls probably figured it out by themselves, huh?

And my bucket began to leak .. not critical of course, but unpleasant, apparently you need to think about a new stove, well, don't look for a bucket

My first HP bucket leaked a year and a half after purchase. I called the service center, paid for the purchase by phone, and they sent me a new bucket. When the first HP went out of order, I bought another, and left a bucket with a stirrer, just in case, in reserve.
Gypsy, call the service center, they will send you a new bucket. If there are no other problems in the HP, you should not change it yet.
Gypsy
What about the price? Worth it?
Ella Yakovle
And how often do these stoves break?
Gypsy
I bought it in 2007. Until it broke (pah-pah-pah), only the bucket began to leak
Ella Yakovle
And I bought about 3 weeks ago. And it probably also depends on the number of uses?

What can I tell you: I then paid something about 190 shekels. It's cheaper than buying a new bread maker. But it's up to you to decide. With the new bucket, my HP worked for several more years, until the heating elements burned out in it. Only then did I buy a new one.
Caprice
Ellochka Yakovlevna! Sooner or later, any technique breaks down Especially nowadays, when everything is produced in China
Gypsy
Then it is better to buy a new stove, with a new motor, with white plastic .. even more so there is an opportunity to buy it for 200 shekels

Have you fixed the saucepan? Believe me, if you change the saucepan, it will last a couple of years or even longer ... Now I have become smart: throwing out the old broken HP, I left the bucket with a stirrer, just in case
Gypsy
The stove works well for me, if you throw away only the bucket well, there is always some kind of black blot leaking from the back of the bucket .. it pokes out well, think well .. if it pours like a tap, then I'll buy a new stove with a new bucket. Not critical yet.
Caprice
Anything that leaks can cause a short circuit in the electricity. This is dangerous. And it can shock you, and other electrical appliances can burn. You better not risk it, order a new bucket.

I bought a bread maker of the specified model (I live in Israel). Haven't used it yet, so many questions. I am interested in gluten free bread Can anyone help? I don’t know the recipes, I don’t know which modes to set. I bought gluten-free flour, special for baking bread, no instructions. Can anyone help with instructions? You are welcome!
Caprice
Anna5460, here on the forum there are enough topics and recipes for gluten-free baked goods. For example, at least in this Temko.
You can also search for "gluten-free" and get a few more topics.
There is nothing about gluten-free baking in the instructions for the bread maker.

And I have never added gluten, but the bread is beautiful and tasty, and I bake it according to different recipes. And yesterday I baked cake in HP, it turned out excellent! I realized one simple thing, while the mixing process is going on, you need to make sure that there is a "kolobok!" Many thanks to all those who taught me how to bake, especially "Nyusha" and "caprice"

vascheto it was about gluten free baked goods, there are many people whose body does not digest this very gluten (found in wheat, oats, barley).

The disease is called celiac disease, my friend's granddaughter is sick with it - she cannot eat white bread.

Apparently, I misunderstood. But there are recipes with gluten, apparently it is not necessary to add it, but what is it for?
Gypsy
In order for the bread to rise better .. there was more.
Anna5460
All cereals contain gluten, and allergies to it are celiac disease. Moreover, even in KhP it is impossible to bake bread from cereals (that is, with gluten), and then gluten-free. as flour remains on the walls, and everything from which some people are allergic. We have this problem in our family, and we are looking for gluten-free bread (recipes) for HP. But there is no such mode in the Morphy Richards model. What to do? Who knows the answer.

But besides that. that it is in all cereals, some add it in its pure form! For pomp?

The answer is simple: bake bread in those modes that are available in the bread maker. Just use gluten free products. I gave recipes for gluten-free pastries in the previous link.

Well, here, and I'm campaigning for the neighbors .. I'm campaigning .. and they * can buy bread in the super * I even gave them a mini-bread maker to use - they refused

Do not worry, they should do it. Let them eat the store from something incomprehensible
Asya A
and everyone was hooked on homemade bread. at first they treated themselves to me, and now they bought bread machines for themselves.

only rye bread does not fit like white ...
Caprice
I don’t know, everything is fine for me. But it’s probably worth adding a little improver and gluten to rye bread. Or bake on a longer (whole grain or French) program. Rye flour is not as strong as wheat bread, it contains less gluten, therefore it lasts longer. When I add a little gluten and an improver, rye bread is great.
Asya A
and what is this improver? and where do they buy it?
Caprice

In shops for bakers and pastry chefs.

I don't want to start a separate topic - maybe someone will see and answer
I have a model 48280 (it is written on the stove itself, on the stickers, and on the box 48290).
I faced this problem twice: in mode 3, when the "bell" rings after the first batch and sludge, I open the lid to sprinkle with nuts (the oven is already starting to spin the dough), close it - and oops, it resets the mode and stops.
A couple of times this was not, but a couple of times it was.
Who has such a thread? maybe I'm not opening-closing the lid like that? and what to do if this happens? I have not found anything better than restarting the entire program
Gypsy
It's a shame how there is no such thing in mine. My bucket is already leaking specifically .. maybe I'll decide to get rid of it, then I'll throw a cry here, maybe take it, and put in your new bucket. It works fine, without jambs. Purchased in 2007.
I just got a new stove, a small one from another firm
