Pizza dough (Morphy Richards instruction)

Ingredients
pressed yeast 6 g (dry 1 tsp)
sugar 1 \ 2-2 \ 3 tbsp. l.
water 230 ml
wheat flour 330 gr
salt 1 tsp
butter (melt) 15 gr
Cooking method

Load all the components of the dough into a bucket x \ n and turn on the program * Dough * (I have it 1:30). Preheat oven to maximum (I have 275g)
Take out the dough, shape into a rectangular cake. Put the cake on a baking sheet covered with paper. Grease the cake with olive oil (or other vegetable oil). Cover with something and let sit for 15 minutes.
Grease the tortilla with tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese, lay out other foods. Bake for 10 minutes at 275 gr.
The dough is enough for 1 baking sheet in a standard oven.

I didn't expect that in my new oven without any stone it would be such a delicious pizza. Thin, crispy, the dough is just that! An error was apparently made in the original recipe, 2 tbsp. l sugar, that's too much! Sugar should be put no more than 1 tbsp. l.
The dough recipe has been checked more than once, I highly recommend it

Ps. so as not to grease the cake with butter, it is better to stretch the dough on the table with greased butter, then we kill two birds with one stone.
Pss. the oil film under the sauce and everything else prevents the dough from sticking to the filling.

For me it looks like this: dough, tomato paste, something meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives, a lot of cheese.
