Agnes, what is the result? Something like a berry / fruit meringue? And one more thing: must it be in shape or can it just be on a baking sheet?

The output is not quite meringue. Crisp meringue is obtained from above and below, but inside it is stringy. The meringue will not work, because the berries will give juice.
If you want meringue, you can do it with candied fruits, but then it is better to reduce the amount of sugar.

Better in shape, so that it does not go to the sides and does not settle.

Thank you! I just don't want meringue. I'll try to make my sweets according to your recipe. Well, not this week, so early next. It's very interesting what happens.

I wonder if it's done in a multicooker ??? She also has heating on baked goods up to 180 degrees .... Kikie have opinions and options what will happen ??? I would like to try, but it is advisable to at least assume what happens

For some reason, I think that it will be a sweet protein omelet with berries ...

Yes, Agnes, one more question (the last one, I hope): should the future pie be put in a hot oven or in a cold one?

Place the mold in a fully preheated oven. You can even turn on convection.
The crust should turn out slightly crispy, pink.

You can add half a teaspoon of cinnamon to sugar, then mix with proteins.

I can't say anything about the multicooker, I don't have one, I don't know how it works.

And best of all, the berries are completely covered with protein foam.

Thank you, Agnes. By the way, this cake is unlikely to turn out in a cartoon the same as in the oven. You cannot preheat it (the slow cooker). But maybe I'm not right. I myself will bake in the oven.

So I thought that this is not for a multicooker, it will turn out like an omelet in it.
But in the oven it should just be tender and tasty !!
