Dough made of flour of 2 grade, kneaded from 250g, everything else by eye. The dough turned out a little tight, but the bagels are very tasty

I boiled poppy seeds with some water for about 3 minutes, then threw it into a mesh colander, then spun it in a blender with sugar, vanilla and a spoonful of starch.
She rolled out the dough, spread it with filling, cut into pieces and rolled it into bagels. She baked in the oven, cooled it down a little and sprinkled it with powdered sugar.

I kneaded the dough in a double portion, although I took the amount of oil as one portion - 80 ml, and water - 180. It turned out great!
