Ingredients

butter 150 g
cottage cheese 330 g
sugar 200 g
egg 4 things
premium wheat flour 250 g
baking powder 10 g
rum or vanilla essence (optional) 2-3 drops
candied fruit 100 g
hazelnut 50 g

Cooking method

  • Finally I tried my third form of Nordic Ware. So I love to cook, but in these forms - just some kind of ecstasy
  • I tell you: butter, cottage cheese (I have 9% grain "Vkusnoteevo") and sugar stir until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating each time. A drip of rum or vanilla essence (optional). Add flour sifted with baking powder, mix gently at the minimum mixer speed.
  • The mass turns out to be quite thick.

  • Grind the nuts to coarse crumbs (I chopped with a knife), add to the dough and stir.
  • Grease the form thoroughly with oil, do not sprinkle with flour
  • Spread the dough with a spoon in the molds, filling them 2/3 of the volume, smooth, moving to the edges.
  • Cut the candied fruits into small pieces and add to each cell, pressing a little.

  • Bake 45 minutes at 170 degrees without convection (be guided by your oven) until golden brown.
