Hi there! Well ... I did a syringe experiment. Then I took a special needle for stuffing meat with garlic, it is quite thick, pierced it, and poured oil from a syringe without a needle into the resulting hole. I think you can also pierce with a knife with a narrow blade.
Result. I am not delighted with this marinade, I will cook according to my recipe. But I will saturate the meat with oil and garlic in the same way as I did today. Garlic is felt. When I just covered with garlic and marinated for an hour, there was no effect at all.
Conclusion: the experiment was partially successful.

I am reporting. Prepared chicken sausages. One in Delimanochka for 180 degrees for 40 minutes, the other in the oven for the same 180 degrees for 50 minutes. In Delimanochka they turned out dried, in the oven - delicious. I then fry them for 3 minutes on each side, it tastes better. If there is a desire, then I will try to steam it in our stove, but I doubt that it will be, since Delimano eats a lot of electricity in 40 minutes, and in the oven it is included in the payment for utilities. This is in the summer, in the heat it makes sense not to turn on the oven.

It's just that the buttons are created in order not to manually dial the temperature and time. You can change them on any button, but they are set - certain, purely for convenience. But there are some buttons, the rotation starts immediately, I forgot which ones. On Fry, the rotation is definitely not right away.
