In general, here are two cooking methods that I use to cook:

FRENCH FRIES
100 grams = 97 kcal
Potatoes - 2-3 pieces
Olive oil - an incomplete teaspoon - 3 grams, I believe it is absorbed 2 grams.
Peel the potatoes, cut into strips at least 1 cm thick. Soak in cold water for 20 minutes. Dry with paper towels. Season with salt and vegetable oil. Can be frozen and cooked as needed. Cook at 230 degrees for 25 minutes or Fry.No longer needed - it dries up

My cutlets were cooked in the same dish with holes, on the upper wire rack for 15 minutes at 230 degrees. According to observations, they have dried up quite a bit, but as usual - there is zero oil, a crust is present, the husband bursts - then everything is fine. She poured water into the bottom of a large saucepan, as mentioned above, not too much, by eye, so that from the bottom about half a finger up. Not in advance, not hot, did not bother with anything extra. I poured it - I set the program and left on business.

I haven't tried it at the bottom, to be honest, and I have almost zero experience in baking something whole in Delimano. I once baked a curl from a dense dough, there was a trouble that many wrote about - the top was starting to blush too much, the bottom was still damp.
By the way, this curl went into the baking sheet normally, and, in principle, went up, so, apparently, for a dense dough, the depth of the sides is not important.
But jellied pies - you need a bowl deeper.
