I made it on thick yogurt (Prostokvashino, 2.7%), added one grated apple (I read on the forum that it replaces panifarin) and forgot to reduce the liquid, in the end I had to add about 6 tbsp. l. flour. The result is a bread like this - crispy crust, moist crumb, delicious! I will wait for fresh greens and I will definitely repeat

It seems to me that panifarin with rice flour is absolutely unnecessary. Even 1: 1 rice and wheat go well. Maybe rice starch contributes to this by the example of potato?

Good day! Today I baked this wonderful bread! I really, really liked it! I did it without panifarin (so that we don't have it). Instead of curdled milk, I took 100 ml of water and 230 ml of 2.7% white yogurt. During kneading, I added 0.5 tbsp. l flour. The gingerbread man turned out to be pretty, flat. The mode was set to the main one, the weight is 750, the crust is fried (well, we love the tanned ones) Here's what happened:
