Ingredients

Puff pastry 1 pack.
Any apples 5-6
Any sugar, I have brown 150gr.
Vanilla and cinnamon taste
Starch 3-4 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • This recipe was inspired by pies such as American apple, strudel, Auchan puff pastry and McDonald's pie.
  • The quintessence of this pie: a lot of filling and little dough; the filling is in the pie and does not spread; speed and simplicity; easy availability of ingredients; lack of ingredients such as margarine or butter, a lot of sugar and a lot of eggs.
  • 1) Defrost the puff pastry.
  • 2) Cut the apples into slices, put them in a saucepan, add sugar and cook over medium heat until the apples soften and sugar syrup appears.
  • 3) Add vanilla and cinnamon, remove from heat and add starch, try evenly without lumps, mix.
