Radish 2 pcs.
Salt, linseed oil

Cooking method

  • We clean the radish, cut it into thin slices (classic version), or three on a grater.
  • Salt, leave for a while so that the sharp taste goes away. You can eat it right away, or you can season it with linseed oil.
  • We wash it down with light beer.
  • This snack is quite in the spirit of Oktoberfest.

Note

Radish contains fiber, amino acids, B vitamins, minerals. But the most important thing in this root vegetable is glucosinolates, which contribute to the formation of bile and the cleansing of the gallbladder. Radish is very beneficial for high stress on the liver or for digestive problems. It is recommended to eat it after "heavy" meals to make it easier for the body to cope with them.
