Berlin potato salad

Ingredients

potatoes 300 g
fresh cucumber 1 PC.
pickled or pickled cucumber medium 1 PC
shallot 2 pcs.
greens (chives, dill) 1 bunch
boiled eggs 2 pcs.
cream 100 ml.
light beer 2 tbsp. spoons
mustard 1 tsp
melted butter 1 tbsp. the spoon
prez, salt taste

Cooking method

  • Another variation on potato salad.
  • 1. Boil potatoes in their uniforms, cool, peel, cut into cubes ..
  • 2. Cut fresh cucumber into rings and add salt.
  • 3. Wash greens, dry them, grind them.
  • 4. Cut the canned cucumber into cubes.
  • 5. Finely chop the shallots.
  • 6. Clean the eggs and take out the yolks in a separate bowl.
  • 7. Mix the potatoes, cucumbers, shallots and half of the greens.
  • 8. Making the sauce: combine butter, cream, mustard and beer, season with salt and pepper. Rub the yolks into the sauce.
  • 9. Season the salad with the sauce, stir, sprinkle with chopped protein and the remaining herbs.
