Ingredients

Minced chicken 500 g
bulb onions 200 g
potatoes 700 g
sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
rast. oil
salt, spices, herbs, garlic

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes
  • While the potatoes are boiling, finely chop the onion, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add minced meat. Fry minced meat with onions, kneading the lumps. When the meat stops sticking, pour some water into the pan, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Then add crushed garlic, spices, sour cream, sprinkle with flour and pour in 2 cups of water in which the potatoes were boiled. Boil. Add greens.

It's simple, but very tasty: boiled potatoes with meat, delicious sauce and green tea. Bon Appetit!

P.S. Potatoes can be substituted for pasta, and sour cream for milk or cream. Adjust the density to your liking.
