I bought the L11 form for my baby Maxwell. Now in 10 minutes baking will start. I also put it on 200 g of 1st grade flour and 120 ml of water. The dough has risen almost to the edges of the mold. So I'm happy, no words. I put the form in the bread maker without supports, it stood up well, it does not touch the heating elements. I'm waiting for the result and I think everything will be fine.
Lagri
Here is my bread baked. Only until he wants to get out of shape, I just greased it with vegetable oil. I'm waiting for it to cool down a bit, I have to go out.

LagriMaria, what a good bread! Well done for buying a uniform! Sometimes you need a small loaf, so I bought a mold. Sometimes I don’t want bread, then I’ll have a small oven. How long did you bake the bread?
Lagri
Olga, Thank you. I baked on the Basic mode, 3 hours. There baked goods for 1 hour, but the bread, I think, was already ready in 50 minutes. The bread is baked perfectly. The crust, as I expected, turned out to be thin and I think that this is due to the fact that the form is much thicker than a bucket from a bread machine. In general, I am very pleased that now I have Maxwell with a form. We also have a small family and such a bread maker, but with such a shape it is very suitable for us.
Sneg6
So I like these forms because the bread has a thin crust and is soft, soft. In the bucket, the bottom crust turns out to be thick, it seemed to me.
I am now also baking bread.

Eh ... Expensive time of day for everyone. I bought this little thing in M-Video on NG wife. Immediately climbed into the Internet to bring home. went to this forum - read calmed down that a normal oven and forgot about this forum, as I thought forever .... I thought my wife would bake. But somehow she rejected her (in the sense of the oven - to the spouse). I never thought that ... well, that fate is so cruel. I'm getting old. I hate cooking since childhood. And then it happened - I tried it - and we understood each other from the third time. The first two attempts to get to know each other were not successful))) as calculated by the selection method - the baby does not want to normally bake with dry yeast. But on ordinary ones (if anyone still remembers that on hops (by the way, they are more useful, I understand we bake more for the taste and USEFULNESS)) everything comes out amazingly. I don't know how the dimensions are. read many even smaller buns want. For my family - 2 adults and a child of one roll is enough for a maximum of a day or even one lunch). For the most part, I make French bread (+ raisins there or some other nasty thing) ... One thing that I rejected 100% ... I tried a cupcake 4 times ... well, I don't know. Who does not eat it ... I throw it out, if I myself am too lazy to push this muck into my mouth by force
I ... In general, Th came ... To say that HP is really super ... it is not something that justifies the cost of purchasing it ... It surpasses them at times !!! (and I would say this is nonsense). But the main thing is what I would like. Girls. Well, tell the layman recipes just for such a baby ... Well, after all, bake a roll for a day and just stand there - well, the baby will disappear from boredom, and I, from not knowing what to do with it besides the standard (which is not much there). Thanks in advance )
leroy
sadness happened to me. the child broke a glass from HP. who will tell you where to buy it? or maybe you can just use the scales when cooking. Then the question is, how many grams are in a full glass?
Alexei
I do not have an electronic scale ... but I measured it .. removing the slide with a knife - 120 g. flour in a glass ...
leroy
Alexei, thank you. I will know now. interestingly sell such cups somewhere?
Alexei
what's the point? if you take recipes somewhere - there are grams. and in standard there is 1; 2; 2.3 cups
leroy
Well then I won't. the main thing is to remember how many grams to hang!
Alexei
leroy, here there is a look .. may help) How large is your measuring cup (cup)?

Something like this, you can bake them, it should work out. I baked cake, the first recipe of these. It turned out delicious. In those x / stoves, the Basic mode is also 3 hours, so that the modes coincide in time.
leroy
Lagri, mmmm tomorrow I'll try to make sour cream. And who baked cupcakes in HP?

ehh goodbye figure the pastries are so delicious ..... my husband said that white bread is better than gray (I made fitness bread). and it is also very convenient to buy ready-made mixtures for baking.
and I will bake cakes for Easter. and also a question-above wrote that it is necessary to add ingredients when HP squeaks after the 1st (water) zemes. you just put it on pause and that's it, and then back to work?
Lagri
Add the ingredients during the second batch on a signal, I can do without a pause here. And you turn on the Pause, for example, if you need to add the time of proving the dough or for something else. Well, suddenly I didn't like how the dough rose ... The pause will end in 10 minutes and the bread maker will automatically continue the program. In general, you can use Pause when you just need it.

Good day!LagriThank you so much for this topic. Thanks to her, I bought a baby Maxwell MW-3752W and use it with pleasure 2-3 times a week. Yesterday I decided to knead the dumplings dough in it and got bogged down to say the least: oops: put all the ingredients, chose the dough mode and went about my business. Half an hour later, I understand that the oven has stopped kneading and has quieted down. Then it dawns on me that the kneading time is 20 minutes in total (based on your table) and now it's time to rise the dough, that dumplings don't need it. I tried to turn it off, to reduce the operation time, but only one pause button reacted to all my manipulations: spiteful: So I ask a stupid question - what to do if I chose the wrong program or if I need to change the settings during operation ???
leroy
CurlySue ECB, press the start / pause button and that's it. the stove resets the task. the current itself that I learned)))

flour instead of 400g. I took 350 and a little more sugar. the taste is simply delicious.
for a cake I took a mixture "bake at home" .180 milk and a mixture. I added the rest of the eggs from the gastronomic bread and not 100g. and 120g (there was a drain in the oiler)) at first I put it on the baking mode - the top was not baked. put it on the baking mode and that's a miracle. haven't tried it yet. it is better to put all the same on the main mode immediately.

baked fitness bread. did not like it. white tastes better.
Tell me who cooked jam in HP? share your experience.
Lagri
Valeria, I do not advise you to cook jam in it. This deteriorates the bucket. And then where to get it ... And it costs a lot of money. You can, of course, take a chance, but I once tried to cook and cook in another oven and then the bucket began to leak, well, in general, there is a long history, so in the end I had to buy a new bucket.
With the next masterpieces to you! : drinks_milk: Both the bread and the cupcake were great!

Valeria, very tasty manna turned out! What a variety of pastries can be cooked in a bread maker. And I usually do it in a multicooker or oven, but more often all the same in a multicooker. Yes, the dough there turns out to be watery, the semolina then swells.
leroy
in short everything. I'm in deep sadness. as usual I put bread with herbs to bake in HP (I'll tell you the smell ..... yum yum) went with my son for a walk. did not walk long. came, and the smoke at home. I think I even left it on the stove. ran to the kitchen. and the smoke is coming out of the HP. the dough has apparently risen and gone beyond the bucket. the whole bucket outside is in dough. burnt dough on tenakh (a lot) burnt dough at the bottom of HP. what she could have removed. bread for a waste.

tell me there is a chance that she will live or is she one way to go to the trash? who will tell you how to clean it?
A citizen
leroy,
Clean, dry and should continue to work.
Lagri
Valeria, I'm sorry, I'm sorry ... the new bread maker. Of course, you don't need to throw it away, but you can slowly clean it up. Take your time and don't be nervous - nothing should be damaged here. I once suffered a new multigrill, I made steaks in it according to a recipe from the site, so the meat juice leaked under the plates and so welded that I could not wash and scrub right away. The bucket can be put on its side in a low container with water and soaked in warm water. Only the bottom of the beret is not advisable to dip into the water. So the bucket can definitely be brought to its original state. The lid can also be cleaned, and then rubbed with a melamine sponge, it cleans such stains like a washing rubber. But with the inner surface of the x / stove, you have to work harder. I don't even know if it is possible to pour at least a little water into it to soak it, and I think that it is not necessary, but you can apply a damp cloth. So it takes time to "heal" it. Well, if a little burnt remains there, then later it will burn even more and fly off by itself over time.

Olgawhat a pretty sourdough bread! Well got up. And the bread is wheat or wheat-rye? And why did the top not want to blush in the bread maker itself - maybe the baking time was reduced? Any bread with a browned top seems to work out for me ...

Maria, Thank you! I baked this bread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=151601.0
I don’t know why the roof doesn’t turn red. The second time I bake this bread in a bread maker, usually I bake it in the oven. The first time the bread was lower than the mold, so it did not brown, today it was slightly higher, the result is the same, the roof is pale. I set the baking time to 1 hour.

Olgawhat a handsome man! Here, probably, dough for 250 or 300 grams of flour, is it so high or is the leaven so good? The fact that the form is baked is visible. And on what programs did you bake or on the Dough mode, and then Baking after raising to the desired increase in the dough? Oh, I'll probably put in the leaven too.
Sneg6
Maria, thanks! Flour 250 grams, but I had to add a little more flour, since the bun is sticky to the walls. I added a little yeast, I was afraid that the bread would suddenly rise badly, in short, I was reinsured. The first time I baked on the first program, after the last kneading I put the dough into the mold and that's it. You can simply knead on any program and turn it off, and then turn on the baking, I did that too. I like sourdough bread, as it doesn't crumble and the crumb is a little rubbery, which is what I love.
Lagri
Olga, today I bake bread from 250 gr.flour of 1 grade in the same form, I also want such an appetizing top. : girl_love: Seen enough of your handsome bread.

Olga, of course, is not such a handsome man, I do not have such a hat, you can see more dough, 300 grams of flour. I waited for the dough to rise and it stood a little, the holes are huge, but they did not affect the taste.

Maria, made from premium flour. Sometimes I shorten the time, but not always. My bread does not rise to the top of the mold, but when baking begins, it has time to rise above the mold.
You have great bread!

Hello everyone! So I became the owner of a wonderful baby! Since I am still in the ranks of very beginners, I am asking you to give recipes for bread made from oatmeal and buckwheat flour. I would like the recipe to fit exactly for our HP (I'm afraid I'm lying with recalculations). I would be very grateful, thanks in advance!
Okulya
This is my first bread maker, I have been using it for less than a month, but it makes me happy all the time. Baked excellent white and black bread. I specially chose the small HP, since there are only two eaters in the house.
On the eve of Easter I want to share the recipe Easter cake, with which my "baby" coped perfectly.
As a basis for the recipe, I took a cake recipe from the 1954 edition of the "Book about tasty and healthy food".
Previously, I successfully baked Easter cake according to this recipe in the oven. Actually, I don't like Easter cakes - they seem to me too dry and empty in taste, and therefore I practically don't eat them. But this cake looks more like a cake and tastes richer.
For HP, the number of components was counted three times less than the original recipe and refused labor-intensive operations.

So, cake for Maxwell MW-3752W:

milk - 125 ml (~ 0.5 measuring cups)
eggs - 2 pcs.
butter - 100 g
salt - 0.5 tsp
sugar - 100 g
vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
flour - 330 g (~ 2 measuring cups)
yeast - 1 tsp
raisins - 50 g
candied fruits - 20 g
finely chopped almonds - 20 g

Add to the bucket:
- milk at room temperature;
- eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar - pre-beat everything together with a mixer until the sugar dissolves;
- melted butter (when adding, the butter should be warm, not hot, so that the eggs do not curl);
- salt;
- sifted flour;
- yeast.

Put the bucket in the HP and select the "Bread" program and the crust to a minimum.
When it beeps after 40 minutes, add raisins, candied fruits, almonds.

At the initial stage of kneading, you can gently mix the dough with a spatula from the walls to the middle, since unmixed butter may remain there (yellow spots on the sides of the cake are visible in the photo).
At the end of baking, the cake turned out to be too pale, so I additionally switched on the "Baking" mode for 15 minutes, until the cake was brown.
The cake turned out to be very delicate in taste, especially while it was warm))) I ate it with a bang with milk.

Another experiment of mine.
My weakness is chocolate in all its forms.
I wanted to find a recipe for a chocolate muffin, but such that fiddling with it was at a minimum.
First, I baked a cake according to the recipe from the instructions for the HP, just added a couple more tbsp. spoons of cocoa - I didn't like it, the cake turned out to be too dense and not tasty. But this did not stop me and I called for help from the Internet.
Here at this link found a recipe that seemed interesting to me.
I counted the number of components, took 2/3 of the original recipe and that's what happened.

"Chocolate muffin":

butter - 150 g
sugar - 120 g
eggs - 2 pcs.
milk - 2 tbsp. spoons
cocoa powder - 35 g
vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
flour - 100 g
baking powder - 1 tsp (with a slide)

Add to the bucket:
- melted butter (when adding, the butter should be warm, not hot, so that the eggs do not curl);
- egg with milk - pre-mix with a whisk or fork until smooth (no fanaticism, no need to beat);
- cocoa with sugar - pre-mix separately so that cocoa does not clump when kneading the dough;
- vanilla sugar;
- sifted flour;
- baking powder.

Put the bucket in the HP and select the "Cupcake" program and the crust to a minimum.
Grease the finished cake with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The cupcake turned out to be for my taste - perfect. Very chocolatey, moderately sweet.
I think this recipe can be used as a base for a cake. If you cut the cake into cakes and smear with cream, you should get a very tasty cake.
And another remark, you need to take the simplest cocoa, no additives. Better cocoa powder from the Rossiya or Golden Label factory. No "Nesquiks" and other mixture of flavorings with dyes.

Jackdaw-Crow
In my HP-baby, I closed the window from the inside with thick foil. Now the roof of the bread is more ruddy. But! The main thing here is to fix the foil very well, because if it falls out during kneading, it will ruin both the bucket and the mixer. I cut out the foil slightly larger than the window, bent the foil and inserted it onto the "spacer". But the foil must be really thick and springy, otherwise it will not hold
Sneg6
The roof of the bread turns out to be ruddy when the loaf is higher than the bucket. I bake in an aluminum mold, the roof of the bread is always rosy.
Jackdaw-Crow
And for some reason I can't find cast aluminum molds (or maybe I'm not really looking for something, otherwise I will have to make unnecessary movements, track, shift)
Lagri
Galina, type in a search engine, search for your city. There are firms in which they sell various forms to bakeries in bulk, they also sell them at retail. I recently bought myself a small form for our bread machine. And I also looked for big ones before. And you may not find it in stores ... And yet - it's easy to track, there are tables on the first page, the time of the last mixing is indicated there, press pause and transfer the dough to the mold, then the mold to the x / oven. Recently, I have been baking in a form on a light shorter and the bread is obtained with a delicate crispy crust.
