Anastasia, I have joy, a bucket from my other stove (bronze, from Starwind) fit into Maxwell and the lid of the bread maker closed well! Of course, it is taller than the Redmond bucket, but most importantly, the lid closed well.

Today I will bake bread in this bucket and see how it goes. But at least there is already a way out and there will be benefits from the stove. The spatula spins normally, it will knead the dough, it will also stand, but I will see how it will bake.
So I think what a problem Maxwell we have: then we were deciding how to bake a beautiful, with a convex roof and tanned bread in it, now she needs a bucket.
AnastasiaK
Maria, what news! It's great that another option has been found. How we became attached to Maxwell)). I wonder how the tests will go. Share what happens.
Lagri
Anastasia, the tests have begun. The bread maker was kneading well in a new bucket, but the bucket moved a little like that, a little, probably because it is large. I did not notice any special noises. I'm wondering how the bread maker will bake in this bucket, it's high.
AnastasiaK
Maria, most likely the top may be white, since space is needed for hot air (well, these are my assumptions), but maybe the bucket material will somehow contribute (for example, it will be hotter) or it is wider in width. We will see)

Here, my bread was baked on the Butter mode from the instructions for the bread maker. Something has changed, but the essence is the same.
Bread maker Maxwell MW-3752W
Sugar put 2 tbsp. l. instead of 3 tbsp. l. and put a dark crust. I didn’t realize that the crust should have been Light or at least Medium. Moreover, instead of water - serum. And the bread is very tanned as a result. But this is my fault, not the bread maker. The top sagged a little, but perhaps also my fault: I peeped too often, right down to baking. Well, the bucket can definitely be used in Maxwell.)

Very tasty butter bread turned out like a cake, only without eggs. I added more raisins to the dough. Today I will bake the same again, only on a Light crust. We liked it very much. My yesterday (we already ate it) had a thick crust at the bottom, probably due to the fact that I put a Dark crust. Today, probably early, about 10 minutes before the end of baking, I will turn it off and the result should be better. I highly recommend trying this recipe.

Anastasia, I have another joy, the Smile bucket fits perfectly into Maxwell and the lid closes well, but only in one position when the bucket handle is turned towards the control panel. It sits even better than gold. I'm so gladaa! I now have two spare buckets for Maxwell. Today I again baked butter bread from the instructions the same as yesterday, but on a Light crust, so the bread turned out to be more beautiful, normally tanned. You can't bake it on Dark, there is a lot of sugar.

You are welcome! This is how it sits. Higher than native a little, almost flush with the edges. The bucket is of very good quality, bronze inside, the spatula is also good, it mixes well.
Anastasia, but how the roof of the bread is fried in this bucket, is it the same as the sides or lighter (is there enough space for hot air), does the coating not peel off? I had the opportunity to buy such a bucket and therefore I would like to know your impressions of it. How do you like it?
Lagri
That's it, I bought my Maxwell a new bucket from Redmond (called the Redmond RP-A100 Bread Maker Bowl). Now she has a new, her own bucket and a new life. I am very pleased. Thanks to Anastasia.

And here is the rich bread, baked in a new bucket, from 270 g of flour, but the height of the whole bucket.

Maybe someone will need a recipe for another bread machine.

• yeast -1.5 tsp (or 11 g of presses.)
• flour -270 g
• egg -1 pc
• oil -50 g
• milk -77 ml
• sugar -5 g

Soft mode (in our Maxwell 2:55)

Vlad-max
I could not turn on the delay timer on mode 12 "Baking".
Is it just me?
AnastasiaK
Maria, the bread is just amazing! Hooray, the new bucket works! And the bakery will still serve. I will definitely try to bake bread according to this recipe.
Vlad-maxyes, the stitch timer on baked goods does not start, only the baking time increases.
Lagri
It does not turn on for me either. Pressing the "+" button only changes the baking time from 10 minutes to 1 hour. I'm not saying, but I think that all bread makers on the Baking program do not have a delayed start.
Anastasia, I bake such a bread-bun almost every other day. So yummy, try baking. And I did find a bucket, even two, and I am so happy, no words. Now even tall breads can be baked in it.
Fantasta
Maria, I was imbued with the look of your sweet bread, but there were questions - do you need to take butter 50gr? And sugar 5g in total - not enough? Should the bread be savory? (I'm confused something)
I just want a cake-type bun, so that it is rich and sweet, and with a mug of milk
Lagri
Nadine, of course, I didn’t finish writing, sugar needs 50 grams. I take butter. It turns out really a cake-type bun. Sooo delicious, you just have to bake and then you want to again. Bake to your health!

The only way I can fix the recipe is:

Maria, thanks a lot for the clarification, I will try to bake, it looks too appetizing
Lagri
Nadine, only I have a bucket from Redmond, for 2 liters and the bread is high, to the full height of the bucket. I mean that you need to make sure that the dough does not run away if the bucket is small.
Fantasta
Maria, ie Delta can jump out of the bucket? Is it smaller than Redmond's?
Lagri
Nadine, you need to watch the rise of the dough and if it rises strongly, then turn off the program and turn on the Baking. Or take a little less yeast.
Fantasta
Maria, I understood, I will try :)
Lagri
Nadine, happy tasty bread!
Fantasta
Maria, Thank you so much
Lagri
Nadine, I also forgot to write that the crust should be set Light or, in extreme cases, Medium. I got caught myself twice: in one of the bread makers there is a Dark crust by default. And without changing the color of the crust, I ended up with a very dark bun, almost burnt. There is a lot of sugar in the dough! For the taste, the rolls are even very good, for me, but then the crust will have to be cut off.
KASANDRA

1. It is impossible, has long been withdrawn from sale. If only Avito.
2. I think not, she would have dealt with wheat without dancing with tambourines, she is unfinished))
3. Any Chinese with a bucket for 450-700g, marta mt 1784, for example.

It still works fine for me. Only now I put the foil on the window and the problems with the roof disappeared. And she always baked well. Yes, there is no Borodinsky regime in it, but you can bake such bread in this bread machine without it.
