Gamachka, I read that this happens and something was pushed up there. But they wrote above correctly, today I also baked cake, however, not for the first time and not for the first year, it does not open at the first batch, maybe you just did not wait?

I gave in to panic because I had 1 hour and 30 minutes left until the end. And baking lasts, it seems, 50 minutes, so I thought that the dispenser did not work. As a result, the cake turned out to be tasty, but it burned a little on the sides and grinded all the raisins. But the taste is awesome, like Italian pasta! I used to pay 200 UAH for such a pass, but now I can bake myself! Lyapota! One thing is bad - quickly gaining weight I had to go to training

Good day. The other day we bought a Panasonic 2512. In the evening, we loaded the ingredients (all according to the instructions) for ordinary bread (No. 1 on the menu). I put it on a timer to get fresh bread at 8 am. What a disappointment it was when I opened the lid and saw this result. The crust is right on the bottom and sides, crispy and golden. And the top is grayish, fallen, the bread is not baked inside, stuck together. I sin on flour and yeast.

Apparently the yeast is completely dead.

Hello! Tell me please! If I need to knead dough for pies, khachapuri, etc. without standing in the amount of 500-600 g, on which program is it better to do it? On dumplings, as I understood, you can't. Can I add that much flour on pizza setting?
Alex100
In Pizza Mode, you can easily pour 500 g)
Alyulya
Alex100, Thank you! And in the 1st program, you can pour 600 g?

The main bread program? you can, just keep the proportions
In general, for large volumes of dough and if you constantly need to have a dough mixer
Alyulya
Alex100, Thank you! I'm already thinking about the mixer)

Yesterday I took Fermipan yeast for testing, one package. I will experiment with them

Natalibah, I read somewhere that a yeast dispenser is needed when we have a delayed start, so that they do not participate in the reaction ahead of time

Good day. The previous problem with unrecoverable and unbaked bread was solved. Now the bread turns out to be smooth, fluffy, neat - a pleasure to watch. The only thing, I set the "crust" mode to the maximum. However, after cooling, the top crust becomes soft like a sheet of paper. It is impossible to get a denser, crispy crust.

I have a request to the owners of this model. Touch the heating element, is it movable from side to side or fixed? Thank you in advance for your response.
Mine left the trick today. The bread is just 4 centimeters high. I changed my mind, replaced the yeast with new ones, put on the second bread. And then I remembered that I wiped it inside the other day and touched the ten. Perhaps he started to heat badly? So I stirred it and now I'm waiting for what bread will turn out.
I sit and think, maybe it's a marriage, since the ten moves from side to side like that?
Bast1nda
Tofig, here, this is exactly what I got. Yeast is out of business, baked with the same the other day, everything was OK. I sin on Ten that I moved him and he began to heat badly.
How did you solve the problem?
Alex100
Bast1nda, the heating element either heats up, or does not work at all
You can check in baking mode, pour water into a bucket and measure the temperature

Everything turned out to be simple: I measured the flour "by eye", and therefore the amount of water turned out to be more than the flour itself. And the yeast was not the same. After I bought an electronic scale, everything fell into place. The bread turns out the way it should be. Yes, and yet I only use fast-acting yeast.

Best the enemy of the good. I had a Panasonic sd 255 stove, plowed for 6 years faithfully. I decided to change it to a more modern model Panasonic SD-ZB2512KTS. I bought it and was very disappointed. Regular Bread turns out to be very light in any program. There can be no question of any fried crust. And from the top it is generally white. What kind of bread is obtained if you choose the light crust mode, one has only to guess. Produce whether they are reinsured or something. Everyone uploads pictures of bread that is caught up in the oven or microwave with a grill, or eggs will be coated or something else. Buy a stove for big money and then get fancy with a microwave and an oven. I do not advise owners of old panasonic models, lovers of fried bread to buy. My 255 bread turned out to be really fried with a dark crust, but this one sucks. For show-off, it looks beautiful in the kitchen.

vladimirivanv2006Don't speak for everyone! Better post a photo that you didn't succeed.

Here you are. This is not fried bread.

vladimirivanv2006,
In addition, run the baking program for 30 minutes.
vladimirivanv2006
Thank you very much for your helpful advice. I'll try today
vladimirivanv2006
It is not possible to turn on "baking" for an additional 30 minutes - the temperature lock does not give until it cools down apparently.
Alex100
vladimirivanv2006certainly won't turn on ...
How long do you use this stove for a week or two?
vladimirivanv2006
Week
Alex100
Well, in a week you will have good bread, do not worry)
I don't know why, but in modern Panasonic it happens that the heating elements for the first time do not work at full capacity
Then, as it were, they burn and begin to fry only on the way)

vladimirivanv2006
Thank you very much, calmed down. Probably so. Today it is already much better. And the first three loaves were just a nightmare of how white they were. I was upset.
vladimirivanv2006
Everything that I wrote about the Panasonic SD-ZB2512KTS earlier is not true. It's just that a new stove needs to adapt, burn tenam or something else, and then it starts baking good bread. It is necessary to write in the instructions that the first few rolls will not be of very good quality. So future buyers keep this in mind and buy safely.

Hello. I have a problem. I baked any bread in this bread maker (Panasonic 2512). The first time!! the bread turned out great, it was always baked, I just could not get enough of it, not a single joint and then thunder struck !! For a month now, not a single loaf has worked, I tried different ones, changed flour, yeast, everything was useless. The bread does not rise, remains moist, the shoulder remains in the bread ... WHY? I'm already tired of being lost in conjectures. Tell me, some kind of site or service center ... because I suspect there is a problem. I do everything as before, but the bread is steadily going into the trash. At the same time, the bread maker heats up and emits the aroma of fresh bread when baking and that's it ..... This device is still under warranty ... how to hand it in ... Can someone tell me what?
Bast1nda
Dear bakers, owners of this model, tell me (you asked me on the previous page), please, does the heating element stand firmly in place or can it be moved to the sides? My backlash is of some kind, moving from side to side, it should be so or I have to carry it to the service, while it is still under warranty. Thanks in advance! I'm really looking forward to it.

it can be moved, it is not dead fixed. When I wipe it, it moves a little.
Alex100
Alena_K, as I understand it, have you tried different programs?
And before baking, does the bread rise in a bucket?

Alena_K
Yes, I have tried several programs, with different types of flour, the result is deplorable. Is this really possible due to yeast? I have tried several types. Before, everything was 100% simple, from the first bake. And whether it rises or not, I cannot say, since there is no viewing window. When there is already "Baking", the aroma is promising and .... oops ...
irina23
Alena, when there is 1 hour 10 minutes left before baking, open and see if the dough has risen to the top of the bucket or not. If not, you can turn off the program, let the dough rise and then turn on the baking for 1 hour.

Alena_K, and you do not look into the oven after loading the ingredients and until the end of baking? And don't you follow the kolobok?

Bridge, No .. but I thought that you shouldn't open the lid, so that the temperature doesn't get lost ... Thanks for the link.

If the dough doesn't rise, then it's not the bread maker, but the yeast.
And whether it has risen to the top or not depends on the amount of ingredients put in. The dough should just rise.

Alexander, at night, of course. Or even on a timer. : girl-yes: And in the afternoon I can't help but stick my nose in it. You gotta make sure everything goes well

Hello!
We want to try to make pizza dough for this recipe
In the instructions for the bread maker in pizza mode, the rise takes 10 minutes, and the recipe says that you need to wait 45-60 minutes for the rise. So which regimen should you use for this dough recipe? Maybe 15 is the main one?

And another question. There are two pizza recipes in the bread maker recipes: "Pizza" and "Thin Pizza".
For some reason, in the "pizza" recipe, you need to add 0.5 teaspoon of yeast, and for "thin pizza" 2 tablespoons. It's not a mistake?

Hello! Can you please tell me if it is possible to set a delayed start for a gluten-free program in this bread maker? Does it have manual programming programs?

No, this HP is an automatic machine.

Hello! For a week now I have been a happy owner of this HP model. Happy, because every day we have fresh and tasty bread on our table. And this is important. Recently, it was impossible to buy good bread near our house, in fact, out of this despair, we decided to buy. The price of the stove in comparison with the summer has soared from 8 thousand to 13. And so far this is the only drawback of the purchase.
So, yeast dispenser - pops are audible, but the devil was not so bad. Even a three-year-old son is not afraid. At night we don't wake up from this click. We don't pay attention during the day.
I tried the first program - basic bread. Very tasty. The only caveat is that a slightly torn lid comes out of the loaf. This is not reflected in the taste. There are no cavities under the lid. I plan to add some liquid to level the top
Rye bread - I went too far with the liquid, which made the top sag, but the taste is nothing.
Thick pizza dough - not fast but tasty. Minimum effort.
Croissant dough - I had to tinker. HB kneaded well, but then there was too much trouble with rolling and defrosting. In fact, the whole evening was tied to the manipulation of this kolobok. The dough turned out to be layered, fluffy, tasty. But it seems to me not worth the effort
In general, I master it in a small way. Not disappointed with the purchase. Even dummies get bread - I was convinced on myself

We also want to update our 257 to this one and think is it worth it?

There was a question about the yeast dispenser.I wonder why the Japanese decided to do this in this particular model? Why did the old version not suit them? If you need to add yeast later for some variant of dough or bread, why didn't they leave the option when "yeast is on the bottom" in the program?

Tell me what will happen if you put the bread with yeast down at night and leave the dispenser open so that it does not click. How will this (open dispenser) affect baked goods?

And also, how good does it turn out and how tasty is low-yeast bread?

For a long time I dreamed of buying a bread maker, I chose for a long time. It was Panasonic who was advised by acquaintances who have used the stoves of this company for more than one year. Shoveled the Internet, reading reviews and testing. In general, going to the store to buy a bread maker, I already knew exactly which one I want. Panasonic SD-ZB2512KTS is equipped with a dispenser for dried fruits, nuts and herbs and separately for yeast, which is very convenient and important! I've only had it for a month, but has already managed to please our whole family. She baked bread according to the recipes prescribed in the instructions for the oven. The bread is delicious! The dough is elastic, the finished bread is fluffy, wonderfully and evenly baked, airy and crumbly! Never burnt, not stuck, perfectly slips out of the mold, the kneading spatula never got stuck in the finished bread, in a word - lovely! So far I managed to bake rye with bran, custard (just a fairy tale!), Simple wheat, rye-wheat, French, yogurt and egg. Several times I made dough for pies (the main dough) in it, for Moscow buns, kneaded dough for pancakes in it. Family, relatives and friends absolutely love it! Wonderful stove! And the fact that some complain about its supposedly noisy or loud clicks of the dispenser when it pours yeast into the dough, then I can say the following: apparently, these people have never kneaded the dough in a mixer or did not use coffee grinders, and do not know that such a real noise of kitchen appliances! I highly recommend the bread makers of this company! I recommend this model too!
