Gibus, in this stove everything is generally different than in previous models. She's special.
Each mode has its own temperature changes, at all stages.
Gibus
Waist, that is, in models from 2500 to 2511 it was approximately the same, and in 2512 it was different?
I understand that each mode has its own temperatures, I just would like to understand: is there at least some auto mode kneading without heating and fermentation not higher than 32C ...

Guys, take me to your company! Here is my first-born - "French"
Bread Maker Panasonic SD-ZB2512KTS
Bread Maker Panasonic SD-ZB2512KTS
Handsome, isn't he? And the crust is even (in the previous stove there was always a pale roof) and the crumb is chic and delicious!
Made me freak out ...
I put it on and went for a walk with the dog - I thought I’ll come and there will be a batch. She came - and everything was already mixed. The dough is very soft and very sticky. If I followed the kolobok, I would probably add some flour. True, I replaced 50 grams of the total amount of flour with semolina, so I decided not to fuss and see what happened. And Panasik did it! The loaf turned out to be huge and directly weightless - in appearance it seems that it should be heavier. The only thing is that the roof wrinkled a little when it cooled down, but it often happens in oven bread too, because I like wet dough.
I will continue to master my machine. Thanks to everyone who wrote and advised on Panas's topics!

shake Natalie's parameters in French - the longest and most delicate. Plus hot baking - that is what is most for rye, minus only in obmniks, you will have to take out the spatula, and dietary - this is CH

in my French 26-28 (but I have an old woman's stove)

You can also shake the spelled off her. This one is shorter, but according to all logic, the lowest temperature should be. Spelled does not tolerate high temperatures

What's the matter with Natalie?
let any owner of the stove do a friendly favor and when he bakes his bread for you he measures the temperature with a thermometer.
It will do a good deed for the future owners of the stove and the forum

SvetaI, SvetlanaThat's how well it turned out Beautiful loaf! The color is amazing

Alas, I cannot compare. When I had 2500, I was not interested in the temperature in the stove, because at that time I was happy with the thoughtless "put it in - pulled it out."
Oh, I have the European version of 2512, and so - it does not have a single cold mix, there is no "Pelmeni" mode. How about this in stoves for the CIS, I don't know
For "cold" mixing, I do it in "Fast" mode with the lid open.

If you need two batches after a pause, then you can probably on a "pizza", also with the lid open.
Gibus
fffuntic, I really do not pretend to exact temperature data, even approximately ... But Panasonic, apparently, people mostly use it on the machine - I threw everything and forgot ...

I, too, now in my cotton with an open lid, I mix (and I constantly shoot with an infrared thermometer), but I want to put Panasonic on the night unattended ...

Natasha... but figs that heats on the French, she barely warms up there. Measure on French and dietary.

SvetaIwhat a wonderful bread! Did you put a light crust or a medium crust? Earlier, too, the sticky bun was straining me and I first added flour, then I just harassed it from above. And now I don't follow the kolobok at all, I put it on at night.
Successful bread to you in the future!

Gibus, fffuntic, and these parameters were given to you ... I remember the forum on the trunk of the weather stations: "Karauuul, pamAgite! My station shows + 22.6 *, and on TV they show +23 * !!! What are you doing ???

Vital, Shapoklyak is going to bake bread using dough, so he wants to be sure that she will succeed. If only on dough, it will work out for sure, I can quite guarantee it without studying the parameters. She was not the first, she was not the last to bake doughs and old tests in our machine. Even with sourdoughs with the addition of yeast, everything will work out great.
But suddenly she wants to use some kind of low-temperature sourdough, but figs knows about sourdough.
Here we meet those who only need 100 percent the most unprepared rye bread, or only sourdough bread.
For such non-standard desires, there is not enough information to advise a typewriter or not.
SvetaI
Wit, Thank you!

It doesn't seem to be exhibited in French (or I didn't figure it out). In principle, it could have been hotter, but this is the first baking, and everyone says that over time, the bread will brown better. But the roof is flush with the sides, it's just a miracle for me!

The sticky bun used to strain me too
Yeah, so the bun should be like that! It's good that I didn't fit
Wit
SvetaI, exactly! In French, the crust is not exposed

Good day! Here I am to you 😊. I bought a 2512 bread maker two days ago. I'm very glad. This is my first. Experience zero .. delivered the first bread yesterday. Ordinary white and French today ... while I'm afraid to deviate from the recipes and you can't even look in there, I don’t know 🤔 ..
I am very happy with the bread .. The first loaf was on the timer at 6 am, the alarm woke up at 6:30, waking up I felt the smell of bread 😍

Hello to all 2512 users! Guys, does someone accidentally have a video with the sound of this dispenser? To even remotely understand what to expect? Thank you!
jawar
Annitta, what kind of dispenser do you want? There are two of them. The yeast sound is louder than the bonus one. Do not go deaf, but you will hear clicks 4 times, I do not hear at night, although it is in the kitchen behind the wall.
I didn’t see the sound anywhere, although I looked a lot.

Good evening, baked bread in a Panasonic 2512, with corn flour and rolled oats, didn’t rise? All bread is obtained. What is the reason, can someone tell me. Thank you.
