I report on the work done:

Baked Cake in 2 MV (Redik 4502 and Shteba pressure cooker).
I did everything according to the recipe, almost never backing down. The following additions have been made:
- soda put only 1/2 tsp without a slide
- baking powder 1 sachet
- put flour +1/3 chtakan

How and what I did:

1. Prepared the ingredients so that everything is at hand.
2. Turned on the technique:
- Redik to the default Baking program
-Shtebu on the default Porridge program
MV warmed up to 180 g (checked in Shteba on the heating program after about 5 minutes)

3. All ingredients are mixed + baking powder. Before adding baking soda, I checked the MB for temperature. I added soda, beat it with a mixer and poured it in equal parts by eye (I opened the lids in MV before pouring the dough). She immediately closed the lid.

4. Baking time:
-Redic: default Baking program 1 hour
-Shteba: program Porridge 1 h 39 minutes at 30 pressure. Then the Fry program for 2-2.5 minutes.

Conclusion: In both cases, the cakes were tasty and soft. But....
- In Redik, the cake after baking was a little drier, but porous (the holes were larger), and after impregnation they became soft, very tender and melted in the ortu. How to say among themselves the cords are mixed due to the cream and on the cut they look like a single whole.

- In Shteba, the cake was baked, but it was a little damp, it did not come off well at the edges, so I turned on the Fry to dry it a little. The crust turned out to be denser (the holes are small), after impregnation they became soft, tasty

In the end, I liked both, but the one baked in Redmond 4502 is bigger.

About the icing: since I was already running away, I was pushing the gas of the car with one naked, and whipping the icing with my hand
So: sugar, butter, cocoa put together and then poured milk. The milk was warmed at maximum in the Frother. Everything was mixed perfectly, a homogeneous mixture. I poured a cake and went !!!

And the glaze - yes! Glossy, frozen well I used to get some kind of sticky, but this one is generally formidable! And when I poured it, warm, on the top of the cake, it flowed down the sides, mixing a little with the cream, but then froze, forming some fantastic patterns on the dish.
