Alla, good luck!

All! I'm in mourning! I finished the last tea (I twisted my son yesterday, the enzyme was overnight, dried it in the morning) Now I climbed through the freezers! Can! Somewhere lying around! But ... it's a pity how, as if I lost something. For some reason, the latter was small, the worms crumbled, after drying even more ... Well, probably the most delicious will be!

the worms crumbled, after drying even more ..
I adapted, if the worms crumble immediately, then you skip the already ground mass again. No matter how they initially crumbled, after the second time such beauties are obtained, you can't take your eyes off. Strong, long ... After drying, they keep their shape.
And we have frost on the street -2. All the leaves on the trees are already frozen. What is this? You go, collect it and don't send it to the freezer, go straight to the meat grinder? Has Nature made the process easier for me?
lappl1
Lenochka, but for sure! When scrolling again, the granules are cool. I didn't twist all the tea like that, but what was chewed with a meat grinder, then just such worms were obtained. But I didn’t think to twist all the tea again! Thank you and a cup for your invention!
And frozen leaves by nature itself, indeed, help us invaluable. First, autumn withered the leaves, then froze with frost. And now we just have to make tea.

Len, calm down! Rest now over a cup of tea, get ready for the new season. We will come up with something new here over the winter.
And the scattered granules, most likely, will give tea not the same as with strong granules. The granules crumbled because they didn't cure well. Or the feature of the sheet is as follows. It's strange that you did it this way. Leaves usually scroll well after freezing.

Tanyusha! That's so beautiful ! And tea, and gingerbread! Everything you need for a warm company! Thank you dear ! Pleased!
P.S. And you and I have the same French tea set! I have the same dishes. And the service was presented to me by the akim (mayor) of Alma-Ata on March 8 for merit in ... in general, he gave me ...
Elena Kadiewa
And the menu has such a service, both tea and dining, the children presented for a new one. year. tomorrow on the table all will be, for sonny's name day. You won't be able to skip it already, I dried it, it will definitely be the most delicious, the last one! The leaves were very well fermented, maybe they lay in a bag for a long time, they waited for my son to twist it.
lappl1
How we all have the same tastes - not only in tea, but also in dishes! I adore white dishes! And we assembled this set as a Lego constructor. Now there are plates of all sizes and depths, and different salad bowls ... And we have it every day. For many years now, nothing has been done to him.
Lenochka! Sonny on birthday congratulate from the whole tea company. May everything in his life be wonderful! And I congratulate you on your birthday! I wish my son will continue to please you.
Elena Kadiewa
We also have a daily routine, I also constantly buy something for him, so it will go to the table, because everything is full.Lyudochka, thank you for your wishes, it’s very nice, I’ll tell you to my son.

A moot point!
In the summer, I made dried raspberries (without a freezer) - the granules turned out to be large and dense.
And yesterday we went to the dacha, it was -4 and collected the glazed leaves of raspberries, when they twisted them, they almost did not hold the shape, and after drying they generally crumbled. To be honest, compared to summer leaves, the aroma is not as bright and intense after fermentation.
Girls, but did anyone make a yoshta leaf (also collected from greed), what does it taste like?
Elena Kadiewa
Yoshta is who?
filirina
I'm not sure, but it seems to me. that it is a hybrid of black currant and gooseberry. (similar to currants with leaves and berries, but larger and the leaf does not smell like currants)

Ira, I don't know what yoshta is either. And it seems that no one made of our girls. Maybe just Lina? She did almost everything that grows with her. And she grows a lot.
I will not argue about raspberries, because in different regions there may be different varieties. But even in the summer we discussed the question of how we could twist raspberries into granules? Only one way out was found - to freeze and twist with other leaves. I was very pleased with this exit, because we have a lot of raspberries in the vicinity and they became an excellent base in "Village Tea" instead of fireweed. I will not speak for everyone, maybe someone else has a miracle raspberry that does not crumble.

Ahhh! Separately, currants and gooseberries are good. A hybrid has to be good. And if the leaves are already harvested, then there will be tea too. So, Ira, we are looking forward to the result.
filirina
Yes, raspberries are probably different for everyone. In the summer, I had a leafier, but now it's dry as paper. And the yoshta tea is already ready, but I don't know to try it right away or wait a month, so to speak, for a full bouquet.
lappl1
I would not have resisted, I would have brewed a cup. And then let it insist away from eyes. What was the smell during drying?
filirina
I will not answer about the smell, because the raspberries were drying a full pallet and a little bit of yoshta on the other. It smelled of raspberries and something else, but I didn't know what. Can you really brew? I just haven't tried all summer teas yet. Our tea season begins when it's cold, and it got cold a week ago. So I try, what I did in the summer, and without even trying, I lay down to lie down.

Brew-brew ... Otherwise we will die of curiosity ...

Our tea season starts when it's cold
How interesting! And in our south, in Kazakhstan, they drink tea even in the heat. Moreover, that's all ... Better than tea, nothing quenches your thirst ...
filirina
I'll brew it! I'll try it - I'll unsubscribe. In the heat, we have a cult drink, compote or kvass.

Irina, will wait...

Another 1350g of tea was added to my piggy bank, I was very pleased with the cherry one through the meat grinder. It turned out to be very dark, it seems that these are not dried leaves, but cherry flesh without seeds. But in a rustic one, some leaf crumbled, but in general the tea turned out to be good, when brewed it is the darkest (almost black) of all my teas. But I can't get them drunk, I didn't let go of my glass all day.
Our temperature is below zero with a strong wind, but there is no snow, there is still a leaf on the tree, but it is cold to collect.
lappl1
Alla, You are so great! Make so much tea at a time! I have more than 500 grams. cannot be done, since much does not fit in the mini-oven. Do you have black tea with pear? Usually the pear gives blackness and a unique taste.
Linga
Girls, I read about white dishes - I'm with you! I really love white dishes, I also removed all the others. But almost all my plates are square (straight with corners, not rounded). Soooo like it - a round table with square plates on it!
lappl1
Linga,
White dishes go well with any meal and setting. It turns out a very harmonious combination!
By the way, many restaurants serve dishes on square and rectangular plates. Considered chic!

Rustic-foreva !!!! that's the whole analysis))

Nuuuu! I don't play like that ... Foreva is he, Foreva ... But he is different! both in terms of fermentation time, and in composition ...

Well, just as I go into our cozy theme .... so I don't drool in the oven, which means you can't make tea anymore at home. As for evil today, the mother-in-law called and made me happy: I told you another bag of strawberries, the sun baked, and it thawed. You can ... now you have to go to the village and make tea there, otherwise the toad will strangle you. I can't sit in Moscow, knowing that somewhere in the freezer the leaves are waiting for me.

And nevertheless, the best tea is Ivan-tea, and better than Ivan-tea there can only be a lot of Ivan-tea, I am a bastard from it - tender, black, sweet! And what she noticed, Lyudochka really wrote about it, that there is half as much sugar, and even better a drop of honey, although I don't like honey at all. Yes, cherry, currant, rustic are very good, but !!! Ivan-tea-emperor among all tea dynasties! Galina, remember in the history of Russian there was a method of such a division-dispossession, and so, looking at the stocks of tea of some BURZHUEV, I think about the same, maybe the ancestors were right when they took from those who had a lot and gave () to those who had little , or to those who do not have such delicacies as an apple tree, a pear at all, I generally keep quiet about peaches, grapes and other southern scents! And about the square plates, I really like it! I've been looking at them for three years, but what to do with old, and in very good condition, dishes? The country house is full of dishes, there is at home, in the garage there is a table in a box. service-rarity, still Soviet times, he is under 30, but beautiful! Hands do not rise to throw it out, invited her daughter into the house, did not take it - prehistoric, although he also loves him, he is older than her, remembers from childhood.
Linga
Elena, for sure, the best tea is fireweed! And fireweed + cherry !!! (I drink without sugar - this way the taste is better revealed, or with a spoonful of fireweed "honey").
Linga
And at the expense of the dishes (sorry, Lyudmila, not on the topic, but something inspired early in the morning ...) - I also have a lot from Soviet times, it took a long time to remove my hand (not to throw it away, but put it in boxes), but I didn't want to offend my mother, she gave me this dish. Then slowly, slowly all
replaced.
In general, I really love the table covered with a tablecloth, all sorts of jugs, milk jugs, etc. But I cleaned the tablecloths so that the child would not pull anything on himself, and we use all kinds of dining gadgets only on holidays ... Eh-eh .. ...

Lena, agreeing with everything! I subscribe to every word ... Not about sugar. I wrote about sugar that it makes willow tea sugary. So I don’t put sugar in our tea (any) at all. And how did you write about the Emperor! You will read it ... So it is ...

Linga, so I also made a lot of this tea - fireweed + cherry ... I could not help myself. I go for fireweed and turn to the neighboring cherry trees. There was some kind of obsession. Then she stopped herself ... In addition to cherries, she began to lay everything in a row. Until the fireweed is over.

About the tea maker, which was brought in yesterday at noon. Since then I have been experiencing.
First, naturally, she fell asleep with fireweed. 2 teaspoons per 1/2 liter of water. tea was prepared for 7 minutes. Look - you can't take your eyes off, the flask is glass, at first it's so light, and then it's darker, darker ... In short, if you use a tea maker, you get 2 times the savings in tea. Two teaspoons made tea of such strength as if in a teapot of 5. By the way, it turned out to be tastier, more saturated. Then there was leaf currant, which almost did not go earlier. And then a strong aroma appeared from somewhere, and the color ... This morning there was a granular rustic (apple, black, blackthorn, raspberry, obepikha, strawberry). 2 teaspoons in 600 grams of water. After breakfast, my husband said that he should order a couple more for gifts ...
Summary - the tea is brewed in the machine perfectly, the taste is rich, and it is very pleasant to watch the cooking process. And now I can give away more tea !!!
I bought the same one as it was before in the subject in the photo. I'm not sure about the brand, but also made of glass.
filirina
Congratulations on a wonderful purchase! THE TEA MAKER COULTS IN THE TEA TOPIC !!!
And the savings are not 2 times, actually 3, or even 4. In a tea maker, tea is perfectly brewed 2-3 times, without loss of taste!
lappl1
Veronica, and where did you order the kettle? And how much does it cost?
Yesterday I tried to brew Ivan tea in a geyser coffee maker (it turns out, I had two, so I gave one). Did not like!
filirina
Lyudochka, in a geyser coffee maker, tea can be brewed toko for technical purposes (soap, washbasin), and the tea maker is interesting in that the steam passes through the tea more than once, like in a coffee maker, but "mulienne" once and gradually extracts both color and aroma from the leaf to the maximum. Therefore, it is more economical and tastier, and you can brew one portion of tea several times.
Natalia-NN
I also don't put sugar in my tea. It seems to me that sugar does not fully enjoy the taste of tea.

And I also want to know about the tea maker.

P.S. I just washed this coffee maker and sent it to the closet.

To your health!
If you are a tea maniac, then the tea maker is yours! Believe me, you will try it once and you won't want to brew in an ordinary teapot!
(maybe my nose fell off from cherries, unlike you, because I brewed it in a tea maker, and this is a plus to the aroma every 5 times)

Lyudmila, I ordered for, it costs 1,575 rubles there, Tefal Magic Tea BJ 1000, there is also 100032, but in other places, it's the same thing. By the way, you also need to look for them! There are other firms, but I liked this one, it is small, and in my kitchen there is so much more. Irina writes correctly - the aroma of tea from a tea maker is actually stronger, deeper. And you can also brew again, yesterday I drove the fireweed 3 times. Well, in order for 3 times, you still need to take 3 teaspoons per half liter ... But still, what a savings! My husband loves tea very much, and so he did not immediately understand, said that something was wrong here. And today ... Well, I already wrote what happened today ... And this is still my son on a visit with his family, but they can blow tea in buckets! And even the little ones (7 and 4) already understand something in tea! Ours, at least, is very respected, especially the one with raspberries.
lappl1
Veronica, thank you ! I am very fired up with this tea maker. As soon as ... immediately ... I will buy it. I believe that our tea will be better there, because there will be only steam, and not hard water, which can completely kill the taste and aroma of even the best tea.
