Yesterday's results for 2.5 daily + 6-8 hours of tea fermentation. The result is the same, with a thick honey smell when dried in the oven. There is a difference from 1.5 days in the bank. 2.5 daily - the leaves are kneaded faster, everything is evenly colored, at the exit the bun is smaller, denser. The first batch was dried after 6 hours of fermentation, the second came out after 8 hours, since the oven was busy. The tea turned out to be black, it smells nice dry. I brewed fresh, freshly dried, the color is very rich in cognac, it smells good in the teapot until I can judge ... frail, but I’m not watching much chic yet, I’ll wait now at least a month, then draw conclusions))))
